Ethan has been my personal trainer for a few weeks now and has been great. He's listens to what parts of your body you want to work on, and always has exercises that will strengthen those areas. He's always on time, patient, pushes you when you need to be pushed, positive and cares about your personal fitness success. Great trainer!! I would recommend him to all of my friends!

I have been working with Tommy for a little over a year, 10 months in person and 4 months using his online platform. I loved working with him in person because not only did I see results in how much I could lift be he also educated me as to why we were doing specific exercises and what they were for. Because he took the time to explain everything while we were working out I am succeeding using is online platform as well. I know exactly what muscles are working so I understand how my form should be and I'm seeing results on my own. On days when I don't have a workout scheduled, because of the knowledge I've gained from beast fitness, I can creat my own workout targeting my weaknesses. If you are in the market for a personal trainer I would definitely recommend beast fitness because not only will you get results but you'll gain knowledge that will stay with you long after you start training on your own.
Victoria is an excellent personal trainer, she is serious and exciting about getting you in shape. I work out 3 or 4 times a week and I thought I was doing it right, but I wasn't and in my first 5 minutes of my first session, I was sweating, dripping with sweat and I realized that when you exercise correctly you will get results. I am sore!!!!!

Great personal trainer! I get in the gym tired some days and Carl makes sure to keep up the motivation and energy! I personally needed a butt kicking! And he was the guy for me. He is flexible to all different lifestyles and clients as I've seen his others that come in before and after me. Great workout routines and he keeps track to show my gains! Definitely recommend!

De'Von is a fantastic personal trainer. He knows how to make you work at the sweet spot of tougher than I would push myself but not so hard that you are out of your depth. He is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and keeps me accountable on my meals as well. I have worked with several trainers over the years and De'Von is far and away the best.
I love Erin!!! She is seriously the greatest, sweetest, most fun trainer out there. This is my first time getting personal training and Erin really planned out workouts that best fit me. I love that she is always available to answer my questions, and to sit down with me to workout things like meal plans and grocery lists. I didn't get a personal trainer to actually lost pounds (though that was a plus), I did it because I just wanted to be more educated on different workouts for different body parts so that I can eventually do them on my own. I also have a super bad back arch, but Erin always modified workouts so it wouldn't be affected. I seriously loved my time with Erin!! She's the best!!
Ralph gave me a lot of great tips while I was working with him to complete my personal trainer certification. We concentrated on workouts for older adults with health issues and he was very attentive to the clients, going slow and starting out with very manageable exercises. He was flexible, always on time, and friendly.

Dave is an awesome personal trainer. He is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals, which includes pushing you to follow an appropriate nutritional plan. Dave is very knowledgeable about the science behind fitness, and his workout plans are appropriately planned and will leave you feel accomplished after each session (even though they are exhausting!). I was very hesitant to get a personal trainer at first, but Dave has made it an awesome experience. My goal has been to put on mass, and through a few months of training with him, I now weigh the most I've weighed in my life and am the strongest I've ever been. I would recommend Dave to anyone who is looking for a trainer that is personable and helps you achieve your fitness and nutritional goals. This is the first time I worked with a personal trainer. It was with a group which made it a lot less intimidating. Some of the other guys in the group would bring up issues or questions I hadn't thought about, but there was still a direct line to David Becker if I needed it. Speaking of David; it's obvious he cared about our success and education. He was very thorough with the information about diet, exercise, motivation, form and pushing the workouts without injuring yourself. He acknowledged every post in the group. My life, health, attitude and approach to fitness have changed almost beyond comprehension, all for the better of course. It may seem simple to most but I felt a little overwhelmed with all of the information out there about health and fitness. David broke it down into simple steps with easy instructions. It really was easy to stick to the plan, with all of the support. I am 47 and I wish I could have done this 10 years ago. I feel like I hit a reset button on my health and attitude. Strong start to a new beginning! Can't stop, won't stop, get it get it!!! Thank You to everyone who is responsible for making this possible. You are doing amazing things to peoples lives. We needed a flexible and creative trainer to help us work out at home after our 6 month old son went to bed. Keep in mind, we only have a couple of yoga mats, a few sets of dumbbells, and an overly friendly dog. No problem at all for Christopher- he came up with hard hour-long workouts for us to do in our living room, and made sure to walk us through exercise series we could use for workouts throughout the week. He even sent accountability texts to make sure we were doing the workouts between sessions and to check-in on how we were feeling. The workouts were hard, but also super fun- Christopher is very clearly knowledgeable about fitness and physical training, and he also has a great sense of humor. He was flexible with finding times for sessions that worked around our work and baby schedules. And he didn't mind the playful dog jumping across the room while he worked us out. Christopher is fairly new to Austin, which I consider to be a temporary advantage- I'd bet he'll have a very full clientele list in no time. Do yourself a favor and book him now while he still has availability!
