When I met Isreal back in October 2013 I was only focus on boot camp but I then realized that he was the one to be my trainer. What made him stand out was he was very passionate of his clients and helping them reach their goal. I hit a plato and needed that extra push to lose that unwanted fat in areas that I was not confident of myself. I have to say hands down Isreal has been an amazing trainer Ive ever had! Not one minute has he ever given up on me when I felt like I couldnt reach my goal. I would definitely recommend Isreal to anyone.
Steve was always ready to start training the moment I arrived. He considered my limitations and created the best workout for me. He is knowledgeable and taught me as we went. He helped me set clear goals to include diet and held me accountable but without that "boot camp" personality. Steve is firm yet mild mannered, courteous, and always answered my texts and returned my calls! Unfortunately, I moved away but my workouts with his guidance was a really GOOD thing for me.
Ricky is a very personable, professional and reliable personal trainer who is helping me achieve my goals of long term weight loss and strength training.
