Latest Review: Growing up I was always athletic, and slim; however, things started to change in my 40s. My lifestyle became more sedentary and the inches came on quickly. I was so consumed with lifes daily struggles, and didnt make time for my personal heath. I knew something needed to change in order to gain control, and I was the only one responsible for making a change.
When I met with Brian, I was a little intimidated. I knew I wasnt in the best of shape, and working out had become something I no longer made time for. Not only was I was shocked when he weighed me in, and took my measurements, I discovered I had high blood pressure. This was the wakeup call I needed.
When I began my journey with Brian, I started Advocares 24 Day Challenge and worked out three times a week for 30 minutes. I was amazed by how disciplined I became with a great workout regime. After the 24 days, I was down 13 pounds and my blood pressure was also down to a normal level.
Brian is not like most personal trainers I have had in the past. He is motivating and takes a personal interest in helping each and every one of his clients reach their goals. Every workout is different. I love the challenge and never get bored. Today, I have so much more energy, and even exercise at home with my daughter. Glad I made the choice to make a change. I highly recommend Brian.
