Latest Review: The Decision:
Like most of you, once I put in a request for a personal trainer the bids started and they didn't stop. I read through all of them carefully. I even went as far as scheduling phone calls (highly recommended) and looking up their social media pages (e.g., Facebook and LinkedIn). It was really important for me to find someone whose lifestyle fit my desired lifestyle and Danny was that person. He is someone who practices what he preaches. He exercises regularly, eats healthy, is constantly learning, and most importantly, practices a healthy positive mindset towards himself and life.
I had three main goals: loose weight, gain muscle, and build a positive view of myself. All three of my goals were reached with Danny's help. Some days I came to the gym and felt so defeated mentally and so Danny took the time to work out that part of me (I can't overemphasize how important that was for me). Danny took the time to breakup my goals into smaller, more attainable subgoals. He helped me figure out a routine I could follow on the days I didn't go to the gym. Lastly, if I ever had a question or concern during one of my off days, I could always call or text him; he was always willing to help.
Every time I came in we did a different combination of workouts. Every workout was extremely challenging and always pushed me to go a little farther and try a little harder. I have a really sensitive lower back so we worked on slowly strengthening that part of my body. Happily, I never left with an injury.
I can't say anything negative about my experience because if I ever had a concern, we talked about it and Danny happily made the adjustments I needed. I never felt uncomfortable or embarrassed going to workout with Danny. I felt empowered and good about myself during and after our workouts. Look, if you sound anything like me, I promise you, you can't go wrong with Danny!
