Rob is an amazing personal trainer. He is excellent to push you past what you think your limits are, and does so in a way that isn't overwhelming or daunting. Rob listens to your goals and helps you enhance and refine them to something that will push you just a little bit further. I would like to see more personal trainers like Rob who are capable of working with various different body types. I have an extensive physical disability and Rob is the first trainer I've worked with to find me success and results.

I started working with Mike in mid-October this year. I had some very specific goals that I wanted to work on - dropping my body fat percent and preparing for my first triathlon. I am well on my way to meeting both goals thanks to Mike's help. In just 6 weeks my body fat percent has dropped from 11.3 to 9%. Mike created a customized training plan for me that incorporates a mix of strength training and cardio (swim, bike, run). We have set a target time frame for my first triathlon. The first time I met with Mike he tested my range of motion throughout my body to identify weak points. I was impressed how well the plan he created helped me strengthen these areas in such a short period of time. He also comes to my house twice a week which is super convenient for me. Words I would use to describe Mike are - professional, intelligent, motivating, goal-oriented, patient, supportive, and easy-going. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for some support in reaching your goals - whatever they may be (fat loss, body building, etc.). Best personal trainer I've worked with.

Tiffany has been an amazing trainer! She is prepping me for bikini comp! I am super excited. She challenges me and most of all BELIEVES in me. She makes her clients feel very important to her. She responds to any questions or concerns quickly. She is fun to work with and very flexible. I am glad to have her as my trainer! I worked out with Mark and/or under his supervision from 2004 until 2018. He stays very up on what needs to be done to maintain a healthy life style in and out of the gym and to pass that information on to you in a way that improves your life.. If he had stayed in Arizona I would still have him for a trainer.

Cecily is fun to work with and does a great job of customizing a training/ nutrition program to meet your personal goals. She is flexible around your schedule and has several different services to offer. Such as her contest prep for bikini competitiors which is what I did. Compared to other trainers I have worked with, she has proven to me that my goals are attainable from the results I have had. Her weekly check-ins, training, and macro-nutrition guidance; has made the work on my half easy. Most importantly, her training structure is something I can acquire into a long term healthy lifestyle.

Joe was my personal trainer for a little over 1 year when I lived in Utah. He was so professional & personable that he blew every other trainer I'd had out of the water. His training style was very compatible with my goals; he was able to push me harder than I could've pushed myself on my own, yet I never felt bullied like some other trainers I'd had. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an athletic edge or a hand up in general fitness.

Whether it's in a small group, or individually, these trainers have the knowledge and experience to lead you to your peak level. They take a special interest in helping you achieve your goals but also make sure that you are doing it in the safest, most effective way. It is clear that they practice what they preach and are passionate about helping individuals with not only with their fitness, but overall health. They educate, they listen, and they MOTIVATE. I have been a member of many gyms, in many parts of the country, due to moving a lot with the military and I can say that, hands down, the Sports Academy has the BEST trainers around!

Sam is an excellent personal trainer. I signed up with HIITFitLife wanting to lose weight, become proficient in weight training and running all while tending to a recently healed back injury and he was able to build a workout plan that accommodates all of my fitness goals while paying special attention to my back. Since beginning my fitness journey with Sam, not only do I fit my favorite jeans better, I FEEL better! Sam keeps me accountable for my workouts on days that I don't train as well as what I eat - ensuring consistent progress. I also appreciate that as fitness trainer, Sam's past experience in healthcare is evident in the way he incorporates his vast knowledge on human anatomy and the way the body works in each workout session. Most importantly, it's evident that Sam is passionate about his work. The picture on the left is from 2014- A time when I worked out and thought I was knowledgeable about my workouts and diet, but I so wasn't! Shortly after that, I started getting in to the gym and trying to learn the ropes in the gym on my own. I had been working out hard and consistently, (at least in my opinion at the time), and putting on muscle for about a year and a half. At the beginning of the year I decided to enter my first figure contest and asked Nate to be my trainer. Best decision EVER! Contest prep is not easy. The dieting is intense and hours upon hours of work are put into the gym almost all week long between lifting and cardio. Nate has made this journey not only bearable, but enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes everything involved in this process extremely understandable! He is super reliable and dedicated to no end to what he does. I finally have found my "thing" and have never felt more motivated about something- and I owe much of that to Nate! If you are ever looking for a trainer or nutrition consultant, no matter what level you are at in your fitness journey, he is the best person for the job!!

Just over a year ago I began my search to find the perfect personal trainer. We had tried diet. We had tried exercise. We had seen doctors. We had spoken to nutritionists. There was weight loss but it was always followed by weight gain. We needed a workout program that would work for the individual - not a one size fits all approach. Heather is an excellent personal trainer! I have worked with her for a little over 8 months. When I started working with her I had horrible tendinitis in my feet. I had a very difficult time standing for very long and balancing on one foot was out of the question. After training for 6 months with her, I was able to run a 5K! I had never even ran before! Heather does an excellent job of creating workouts that are specific to each person. She is always professional, encouraging, and positive. She has helped build my strength and my self confidence. I would highly recommend training with her!
