Training sessions with Obie are awesome! He helped correct my form on many different lifts through great coaching and positive feedback. Obie helped all of my powerlifting PR's increase dramatically over just a few months, over a 100 lbs gain in my squats, bench, and mostly deadlifts. Obie is very creative and keeps the training fresh and challenging. I'd recommend Obie to anyone looking to make serious gains towards any personal goals.

Brandon and the Super Human Performance program is outstanding and the real deal when it comes to professional training. Although Brandon has worked with and trained a bunch of pro athletes, let me explain why it is far beyond that fact that makes him a truly talented professional in the sports world. I'm not a pro athlete but I have been a fire fighter for 10 years. Through that, I've come to look for structure, discipline, and competency when it comes to quality training. Maybe more importantly than that, you have to connect at a personal level and find what motivates a person to progress. I have found all of those things and more with Brandon. There are a lot of trainers out there who can put together a plan and be there when you show up to the gym. Brandon however understands the champion's the mind. He will integrate himself into who you are to help you push and find the next level. Being here in Utah from out of state, I actually found Brandon through Thumbtack. While I received a bunch of replies to my search, Brandon just had a different feel. With his back ground in sports bio mechanics and having competed and exceled at the pro level, his approach and resume had what I was looking for. Not someone to carry me through or hold my hand but someone who knew how to help me push myself. How to find that sharper mind and the beast performance. When I met with Brandon not only did we do two plus days of testing and evaluation, but he built a custom program to include the fitness, nutritional, and mind development aspects into all of it. Most importantly Brandon is a super rad dude who's a blast to be around. It is my opinion that Brandon seeks the fighter that lives within himself. If you're ready to work so is he. He's super organized and clearly keeps a client list that he can really focus on. I'm still actively training with Brandon and it keeps getting better and better. We started as a client/trainer and are now friends with high levels of mutual respect. I leave hurting each session but always hungry for more of the Super Human Performance program and Brandon's guidance. I've never really done many reviews on these things but I'm so stoked on working with Brandon I couldn't not write one. Also, since I was looking for a very specific trainer and program to help me meet my goals, I wanted to share my experience in case someone is looking for that highly talented and motivated person to work with. Brandon is that guy. With his skill level and the focus he puts on his clients, if you can grab him, do it!!! It will be an awesome experience and well worth it as the tools and training he gives will stay with you for additional training with him in the future. Thanks B!!
Paul has been training me for 5 months now. Without any exercise routine in my background, I have had a real aversion to starting one. But wanting more stamina and strength, I sought out a personal trainer on Thumbtack. Per my request, Paul has eased me into a weight-training program that continues to build my physique. He set up an individualized plan that tailors the workout to my targeted goals. Workouts are well balanced on different muscle groups and Paul’s approach is a good combination of encouragement and drive. I’ve never felt overwhelmed or I would have quit. Paul is punctual for appointments and consistent in his demeanor and his training methods. Because of his Ph. D in the subject areas, he has the educational knowledge to answer and advise on questions of nutrition and exercise. I’ve gained inches in targeted areas when I didn’t think it was possible, which leads me to believe I can achieve even more. Glad to have found Paul and the UFI team. Aside: After seeing my results my spouse started training with Paul is equally pleased as well.
Chris is terrific! Friendly, polite and he knows what he's doing. He's willing to meet early in the morning which is great for my schedule. I can already tell a difference after just a few weeks of working out with him. Chris is always on time for training appointments and very helpful and understanding when I needed to reschedule. Chris knows his stuff. I first started my fitness journey after my body fat percentage had hit a personal high of 37%. It was then I decided to make health a priority in my life and start taking exercise and nutrition seriously.
Chris is awesome! He found out my fitness needs and created a workout plan around it. He kept detailed notes about each personal training session and followed-up on my diet to make sure I was getting the most out of each session. And on top of everything, he pushed me to do a lot more than I thought I would be able to do! Highly Recommend!
Janel is amazing. She is so patient but pushes me everyday. She believes I can finish every workout even when I don't think I'll survive it. She's so fun to work with and it makes going to a work out that much more exciting. Her positivity and fun personality really make the biggest difference! I'm so happy I was able to start training with her!
Our first session together was wonderful. Melanie is super kind and attentive to my particular fitness needs. I am excited to get back to training with her early next week!
Joe is an excellent trainer. I let him know exactly what I was looking to accomplish and he tailored my program to meet those needs. He is very personable, funny and really cares about you as if you were his only client. Even now while I am on a break from our training sessions he still checks in to see how I am doing. When my schedule permits I will be going back! You couldn't pick a better trainer.

I have been working with Kenny for two weeks now. I'm so sore! I didn't have a lot of experience with training before, but I feel like he has been understanding of that and encouraging as well. He is fun to work with and has pushed me to work hard. Definitely a good choice to hire him as my trainer!
Training with Bruna and my experience through the 3 months duration, has been greatly challenging and has allowed me to focus on my techniques and fitness goals which expanded my knowledge on strength training. Bruna's techniques allowed me to be more motivated, her passion for overall health and well-being, fitness goals and achievement have been in invaluable.
I've been training with Katherine for one and a half years. It has been one of the most remarkable experiences in my life! Katherine's enthusiasm, creativity and knowledge have been very motivating, challenging and rewarding. I have dropped 10 pounds and seen my energy levels go through the roof. The confidence and joy her workout have given me are irreplaceable! It was seriously like nothing I have experienced before. I had woken up with a headache and only after 10 minutes of TJ working her magic, it had disappeared. It was literally the most relaxing, calming massage and more. It was like relaxing fireworks as I could feel all the tension, toxins and negative energy flow right out of me.
Fui does an excellent job and his knowledge level in the weight room is vast. He uses different learning tools to help all learners (kinistetic, visual and auditory). Fui varies his training based on the athlete and there level of fitness. He is always actively engaged and never has outside distractions (phones) take up my time. Highly recommend working with him.
Danny’s understanding of physiology and muscle training is excellent. I’m 61 years old and have worked out with trainers many times throughout the years. After having a 2 year break from training and being diagnosed with osteoporosis I wanted to address my overall strength with an emphasis on the weight bearing for bone density increase. I started training with Danny in March 2018. I’ve already seen great improvement in strength and endurance, and have seen a steady increase in the weight load I can bear. I enjoy the variety in the workouts and find the pace perfect for me. I’m sore for a day or two after training but ready for more after that. Of all the trainers I have worked with, Danny is the best!
Jared is an amazing trainer, truly the top of his game! He goes out of his way to customize workout routines and motivates you to do your best in a positive way, he even gave me a list of his favorite inspirational quotes. I was very impressed by his vast knowledge of how the different muscle groups in the body interrelate, paying attention to form, exercise variety and overall training approach. I appreciated his extra effort in making sure I stay on track outside of our sessions as well to further help me along with my fitness goals. I was training for a Triathlon Sprint and in two months the results were very evident! I lost 8% body fat and inches everywhere! Other trainers continuously complimented me and Jared on how hard we trained; we did more than 100% every time, no excuses! Unfortunately, I am not training with Jared anymore as I’m in California and he to move to Utah. I miss him so much!!! Thanks again Jared, you changed my life!
The picture on the left is from 2014- A time when I worked out and thought I was knowledgeable about my workouts and diet, but I so wasn't! Shortly after that, I started getting in to the gym and trying to learn the ropes in the gym on my own. I had been working out hard and consistently, (at least in my opinion at the time), and putting on muscle for about a year and a half. At the beginning of the year I decided to enter my first figure contest and asked Nate to be my trainer. Best decision EVER! Contest prep is not easy. The dieting is intense and hours upon hours of work are put into the gym almost all week long between lifting and cardio. Nate has made this journey not only bearable, but enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes everything involved in this process extremely understandable! He is super reliable and dedicated to no end to what he does. I finally have found my "thing" and have never felt more motivated about something- and I owe much of that to Nate! If you are ever looking for a trainer or nutrition consultant, no matter what level you are at in your fitness journey, he is the best person for the job!!
