I would highly recommend David for drum lessons. He is very good at what he does. He is very patient, postive and really enjoys teaching his students.
I have hired Stephen Hughes in three different capacities. I hired him to teach my drum line for marching band season, and then hired him to teach private lessons to a group of students. I have also hired to him to perform with a professional wind orchestra as a percussionist. He is an outstanding educator with a very thorough understanding of how to communicate with students, how to work with colleagues, and how to develop and implement a plan. His pedagogy is sound, and his results are thorough. As a performer, he is very trustworthy on all different elements of the percussion section. His rehearsal demeanor is impeccable, and his preparation skills are thorough. He can be trusted implicitly as a performer and educator.
My daughter has been attending lessons at Onchord Academy for about 5 months. She has been playing for over two years and she has taken lessons from several instructors who provide group or individual lessons and the quality of teaching at Onchord Academy is beyond any other learning experience. They have instructors who teach everything from beginning guitar to advanced musical theory and since working with her instructor, Jordan, she has even started writing her own music. The value for the money, the expertise of the instructors and the rapport they have with their students is remarkable. These classes have helped my daughter advance musically beyond what I ever expected and it has also helped her overall confidence and self esteem. Jordan prepares a personalized lesson each week designed to teach her new skills and advance her level of playing. Every lesson is completely tailored to her and incorporates her interests and musical tastes. I feel that this is what really sets Onchord Academy apart. It has changed her interest in music into a passion for practicing and learning new skills and she is already using these skills to perform and share her talents.
I have been taking lessons from Rachel for three years now, and I have learned and progressed so much these years! Before taking from her, I was at an all time low struggle with my belt voice. After years without practice, I thought I had lost my talent. Rachel has a way of knowing what works best for my voice, what warmups would help me achieve my goals and I truly feel like she gave me my voice back! Along with being an incredibly talented teacher, she is kind, patient, and fun! She makes singing lessons very enjoyable as well as a time for learning and growth. She is also an amazing accompanist, which is not always easy to find in a vocal teacher. I often bring new songs to work on each lesson and she is more than willing to try it and she always does a great job. She has definitely helped me to practice my stage presence and overcome fear of the audience. She gives very good feedback as well as encouragement. For both beginner or experienced singers, I would recommend Rachel in a heartbeat!
Noah is a great drum instructor. He has taught my daughter drums for the last few years and is both patient and inspiring. Highly recommended.
My son loved taking drum lessons with Nate! He gave him fun, but challenging beats to learn that were impressive to all who heard him play. Nate is kind and patient with my son. He was also really helpful in helping us tune our drum set and helped us find a good affordable set to purchase.
The most valuable thing I learned during our lessons was how to learn music. How to take a piece, divide it into sections and set attainable goals to learn that piece on my timeline. These lessons also greatly prepared me for college auditions and most often the conversations we had were more valuable than the playing we did. Just having someone who could answer any questions I had about percussion technique or which piece I should be playing or what I should expect in college was very meaningful and helpful to me.
I really enjoy voice lessons. I've wanted to take them since I was little. Now that I'm in college and can afford them for myself, I know what I missed out on!
Richard was an incredible teacher. His facilities are great and he does a really good job of catering to the students needs and ideas on the drums. I just wish I could have taken lessons longer with him.
You mean Lord of Drums? My girlfriend and I take group lessons with Brad. He's fantastic. Very knowledgable and adaptable to various skill levels. He pushes you just enough to see noticeable improvements every week, while making sure it stays fun at the same time. ~ happy adult student
We LOVE Meter! My son has been taking lesson from him for a while now and he loves going to lesson and can't wait to show off all the stuff he practiced! I can't say it enough. We Love him! I would recommend him to anyone!
Tyler is an amazing teacher. He teaches drums and piano to my seven-year-old son who looks forward to going to lessons every week. I highly recommend Tyler.
I give drum lessons to interested students. I have years of experience and can teach rock, jazz, country or many other types of music.
I will show them how to play drums and do hip-hop dancing. I will show them how to do the dance, how to play the drums and be good at it. It will be fun.
Drum lessons are available around the Salt Lake area in your home. Call Joseph for details and to set up a lesson.
I offer night and day, one-on-one tutoring for all levels. I can travel for my clients, or they can come to my residence. I provide all the books and tools needed for every session. If a student prefers, he/she can take home materials for practice. I teach ages 3 years and above and can work with a student up to 3 days a week. Scheduling is made at the parent's, guardian's (and/or) student's discretion. I do not work in a very strict environment. I want all my students to enjoy the art of learning and to fully grasp every session and always take something informational away. If you are wanting a background check, please let me know; I would be happy to provide you with one. Thanks.

The London School of Guitar gets results and our track record of successful guitarists speaks for itself. Current and ex students of the London School of Guitar have played The Warped Tour, done arena gigs with Alice Cooper, gone on to form successful bands (Luna Lune, Solarsuit), impressed their friends and family! Increased their self confidence, developed a life-improving skill that benefits them on a daily basis.
I have been playing the violin for 20 years. Beginning at age 5, I studied private lessons with a variety of accomplished violinists including Richard Ferguson, Diane (Worley) Austin, Ted Ashton, Jean Tweet, and received private instruction from Julliard graduate Eric Grossman while attending a young adult strings camp. I received a music scholarship from BYU-Idaho my first year and was accepted into their Music Performance program, where I participated in music theory class, private lessons, master classes, chamber music quartets, and performed in the Symphony Orchestra (directed by Robert Tueller). I stayed involved in music by performing regularly with the Rexburg Tabernacle Community Orchestra (directed by LaMar Barrus and Kevin Call), teaching private violin lessons, continuing to take private lessons with Richard Ferguson, and performing on several occasions in local and state level pageants.
I provide music lessons and music production. I teach guitar, mandolin, banjo, violin, percussion, keyboard, vocals, and also have studio recording time.
