Flowers landscaping

We tried our best to accommodate you as our costumer, from the beginning we gave you an estimate of what your Landscaping project was going to be, we notified you with a written estimate of what the project included, our estimate didn't include 18plant, shrubs, and 3 trees, however we made an exception and we included 15plants, shrubs and 3 trees. Our company does require a 45% deposit before starting any project, we do this with all of our customers, however we again made an exception and we did say we would wait on Tuesday for a deposit, however when we were trying to fix the situation with the plant, shrubs, and trees, customer did say she was worried about giving so much money for the deposit, she said she would rather give the money when we start the project which was Monday May 25, 2020. We did show up on Monday morning, customer wasn't home, we let them know we couldn't start until they gave the deposit, on Monday we measured the yard and we also marked the yard, later that evening I reached out to the costumer to ask if it was okay if we could pass by and confirm the marking of the yard so we know that's what the costumer wants exactly, however no answer, I sent another message saying if it was best for her to meet up tomorrow morning at 7am she said yes, We were late do to traffic we are coming from SLC it's a big distance. Customer wasn't home was at a graduation and we understand that, however we do have a company policy we can't start any project without the deposit, we are more than happy to deal with the situation however in a friendly respectful manner. When customer gave us a call she was being aggressive wouldn't let me explain the situation. All of our customers we've had have been happy with our services. we have never had a problem with our customers.
