- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates for personal training vary dependent on the specific needs of my clients. I offer both 30 min and 1 hour personal training sessions. I offer complete package programs which include nutritional guidance, strength/resistance training, flexibility, balance, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please contact me to arrange a free fitness consultation and evaluation. This will assist in helping me understand your goals and getting to know you personally to make sure I am a good fit as your personal trainer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years experience in the health and personal training industry, with over 10,000 sessions serviced. I graduated in 2005 from the University of Utah with a Degree in Exercise Physiology. My training certifications include, NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), and PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist).
