I recently just started working with Brian and he is great. He spent at least an hour with me during our free consultation. He was willing to listen to my whole history and goals. He is currently helping me work around an injury. Not only is he cautious about the injury, but he has even been willing to read emails from my surgeon, and he is still able to figure out ways for me to get some sweat on the floor! Brian isn't just helping me with my physical fitness, but my nutrition as well. He reads through my food journal each time we meet, but is very non-judgmental. He tells me what I need to hear, but I feel comfortable enough to record even the poor food choices I make. Brian is a great guy and at a cheap price. I would definitely recommend him.
Training sessions with Obie are awesome! He helped correct my form on many different lifts through great coaching and positive feedback. Obie helped all of my powerlifting PR's increase dramatically over just a few months, over a 100 lbs gain in my squats, bench, and mostly deadlifts. Obie is very creative and keeps the training fresh and challenging. I'd recommend Obie to anyone looking to make serious gains towards any personal goals.
I have been training with Casey once a week for 6 weeks and have already noticed a big difference in my muscle tone. He is well educated in fitness and full of great tips. Every week he targets different muscle groups and steps up the challenge to push you further. He makes it convenient by comming to you and works you hard! I highly recommend Casey!

I started working with Mike in mid-October this year. I had some very specific goals that I wanted to work on - dropping my body fat percent and preparing for my first triathlon. I am well on my way to meeting both goals thanks to Mike's help. In just 6 weeks my body fat percent has dropped from 11.3 to 9%. Mike created a customized training plan for me that incorporates a mix of strength training and cardio (swim, bike, run). We have set a target time frame for my first triathlon. The first time I met with Mike he tested my range of motion throughout my body to identify weak points. I was impressed how well the plan he created helped me strengthen these areas in such a short period of time. He also comes to my house twice a week which is super convenient for me. Words I would use to describe Mike are - professional, intelligent, motivating, goal-oriented, patient, supportive, and easy-going. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for some support in reaching your goals - whatever they may be (fat loss, body building, etc.). Best personal trainer I've worked with.
This woman is amazing! She is organized, responds immediately if we have any questions regarding our training regimine, she does the "full packsge" including health, nutrition, and exercise, and she has such a fun personality! I would absolutely reccommend her to anyone looking to push themselves to a better life. We are working with her to get our boys ready for the football season and shes great working with them as athletes. She absolutely does not charge what shes worth either! Well worth every penny, and then some!!
I started training for college football with the goal in mind that I wanted to make it to a top Pac 12 team. My overall strength and speed from high school were average at best. I crossed paths with Brandon and the superhuman program back in May and by the end of the month my combine scores were amazing. I cut my 40 m dash from a 5.2 to a 4.68 and my agility was the top presented at the combine. My max weightlifting goals nearly doubled as well. If you're looking for anybody to get you from the level that you're at to an elite level, this is the program to get you there. From my experience everything was tailored to me and my improvement, both physically and mentally. Moreover, difference between good trainers and great trainers are the ones who show that they care and that their desire is to get you to where you need to be and explain why you do the things they ask you to. Definitely the best training I have had and will continue training through the Super Human Performance program.
Jenn's focus on body awareness, and the emphasis she places on the importance of creating a loving relationship between body and mind, has made all the difference as I've trained with her. My journey started when I could not lift a large pail of water. My New Year's Resolution that year was to loose weight and get fit. I hired MJG Fitness because the owner had all the elements I needed - trainer, nutritionist and life coach. In 14 months I dropped 47 pounds (doing it the right way) and 15% body fat. The greatest side benefit came when my doctor said see you next year as opposed to see you in 3 months as all my blood work came into the normal range. Cecily is fun to work with and does a great job of customizing a training/ nutrition program to meet your personal goals. She is flexible around your schedule and has several different services to offer. Such as her contest prep for bikini competitiors which is what I did. Compared to other trainers I have worked with, she has proven to me that my goals are attainable from the results I have had. Her weekly check-ins, training, and macro-nutrition guidance; has made the work on my half easy. Most importantly, her training structure is something I can acquire into a long term healthy lifestyle.
Joe is an excellent trainer. I let him know exactly what I was looking to accomplish and he tailored my program to meet those needs. He is very personable, funny and really cares about you as if you were his only client. Even now while I am on a break from our training sessions he still checks in to see how I am doing. When my schedule permits I will be going back! You couldn't pick a better trainer.
The best training I have ever experienced ! She used weight training to help fix my injured hip and knees. I can now walk and enjoy all my favorite activities again pain free ! She never gave up on me and I love myself today more than ever before !
Sam is an excellent personal trainer. The picture on the left is from 2014- A time when I worked out and thought I was knowledgeable about my workouts and diet, but I so wasn't! Shortly after that, I started getting in to the gym and trying to learn the ropes in the gym on my own. I had been working out hard and consistently, (at least in my opinion at the time), and putting on muscle for about a year and a half. At the beginning of the year I decided to enter my first figure contest and asked Nate to be my trainer. Best decision EVER! Contest prep is not easy. The dieting is intense and hours upon hours of work are put into the gym almost all week long between lifting and cardio. Nate has made this journey not only bearable, but enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes everything involved in this process extremely understandable! He is super reliable and dedicated to no end to what he does. I finally have found my "thing" and have never felt more motivated about something- and I owe much of that to Nate! If you are ever looking for a trainer or nutrition consultant, no matter what level you are at in your fitness journey, he is the best person for the job!!
I've been training with Katherine for one and a half years. It has been one of the most remarkable experiences in my life! Katherine's enthusiasm, creativity and knowledge have been very motivating, challenging and rewarding. I have dropped 10 pounds and seen my energy levels go through the roof.
