I recently constructed new rooms on top. I wanted hard wood floor to be installed. EBRR and team did a great job. I hired them based on their reviews. Here I am writing another review! The team is outstanding and very informative. The work completed today and the room is looking better than what we actually thought. All thanks to Ed Bilo and his team. They do things on time and worth the money you pay. My entire experience with this company was outstanding! You will always have business from my side.
Air Ducts removed and disposed of my 50 gallon tanked water heater and installed a new Rinnai Tank less Water heater (natural gas) fulfilling a long-standing objective to eliminate all possibility of have a leak downstairs. It was on MY "bucket" list but I could never afford doing it at the prices I was being quoted locally, several quotes were literally between $2500 and $4800 more. OUTRAGEOUS. I am a practicing lawyer and, believe me, not all "shysters" are lawyers who are pejoratively thought of as persons having reputations of using unscrupulous, fraudulent, or deceptive methods in business. I personally use this term for those who so inflate their prices that have absolutely no rational relationship to the objective value of what they propose to deliver. Air Ducts was willing to install my customer-provided, brand new in the box, with full manufacturer warranty equipment which I was able to purchase from an Internet-based wholesaler at less than what Air Ducts could have done, according to them, at a fair price. I had really done my homework as an indication of how much I wanted this tank less water heater simply because I could not have afforded to do otherwise. Air Ducts did a wonderful job, were very clean, left my place as tidy as they had found it, and in the face of difficulty because they had to improvise draining a water heater whose drain valve simply would not turn to permit easily draining the tank (which of course weighs a ton and cannot be moved, even by two men, when it is full of 50 gallons of still water. Their charge was very fair and completely in line with the work done. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Air Ducts also returned a couple of days later (as promised) to replace missing tiles under the now gone water tank that were revealed when the old heater was removed. I really appreciate this extra service and the charge, again, was more than reasonable. That, yes, was extra money but it was nothing in comparison to their kindness and helpfulness in helping me get the project completed. Excellent, professional work, performed in a timely manner, by very nice, competent and knowledgeable workers who respected my home, leaving it in a very tidy, clean condition and at a fair charge that cheated neither side of the bargain is simply PRICELESS. They have a repeat customer in me who will highly recommend their services wherever possible. I could not be happier because there is no way I could have afforded the prices being quoted by others. Gee, I have been practicing law for 45 years and with my Master of Laws degree, I have 8 years of college and I don't get paid the hourly rate quoted by the other installers for legal analysis and preparation of legal instruments. They must think a woman alone is a P.T. Barnum "sucker." Well, this "fool" and her money are not easily parted when I am offered NOTHING in return but their greed. Air Ducts reaffirms my belief that there are honest men of good will who do excellent work at a fair price and who do not intend to make all of their profit on YOU. Their honesty and good work will be rewarded which, I believe, will happen because good follows good, and evil follows evil. There can only be justice in this world so long as there are persons of good will willing to practice it. Just don't be a sucker and get a quote from Air Ducts for whatever your project may be. Based on my experience, I believe that you will not be disappointed.
I hired Antonio, of Renaissance Restoration, to do several projects. They included: 1) rebuilding the curb in my shower that was installed improperly by a different contractor; 2) Finishing a half-bath remodel that included refinishing and painting the drywall after they had be damaged from wallpaper removal, installing a vanity including plumbing and trim; 3) Repairing water-damaged hardwood floors and refinishing hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, hall and stairway; 4) Expanding the kitchen entrance by 2 inches, repairing and refinishing the drywall and wood floor. I was at first skeptical to hire one person to complete all these tasks due to the variety of skills required. Fortunately, Antonio had all the skills necessary to complete the job expertly and timely. His attention to detail and vast experience with carpentry and contracting work in general proved to be invaluable. The end result of each project was even better than I had expected. Needless to say I would hire Antonio again for my next project.
It was 11:30 AM on a Friday. My lease was going to expire in 12 hours, and I still had a bunch of junk in my apartment. I called and asked if I could have somebody come over and help me move all the stuff to my new apartment at 2:30 PM. Despite the super short notice, they said yes, and showed up 15 minutes early. The first thing I noticed was how nice the truck was - it looked new, spotless white on the outside, fresh wood on the inside, leather seats in the cabin. I figured if this company can afford a truck that nice, they're doing something right. They also didn't mind that the amount of stuff I asked them to move was much larger than what I told them over the phone. Despite there only being one guy, he quickly loaded up the truck with my stuff, taking it in large loads, and skillfully drove the truck through traffic to my new apartment. Nothing was nicked up or damaged, and they even helped my landlord move some countertops, not part of the original job. Everything was done in under two hours for a great price. I'm not surprised that this place has perfect reviews, and I'm happy to add to that.
After meeting with four different general contractors, Mr. Marvin Guzman with Baiza Construction, Inc showed his best attitude to take part on a serious complete home improvement we had for our 1956 home. He didn't only provided a quick estimate, But time frame to complete and over all his price. My project was based on a full 2 bathrooms remodeling, plaster walls removal/replacement, insulation, plumbing, electrical, kitchen remodeling and about 2500 square foot of hardwood floor installation. My best recommendation to future hires and families of his great quality work. My contract worth 86k were put on the best hands.
In my opinion Kevin Creel is simply the contact you want to have for your HVAC issues. Tremendously impressed with him and his expertise. I request service on a Burnham boiler/furnace. I made contact with referral from Thumbtack. That gentleman started out well, explaining to me a CO problem that necessitated buying a brand new boiler. He also mentioned the part that was bad. He never suggested getting into the boiler to thoroughly clean it out of the rust and debris. Then when I was ready to purchase the part that he diagnosed as the issue he still attempted to move me to simply purchase a new boiler. I then called Mr. Creel at Climate Pro and explained my situation and that I did not want to get a new boiler. Mr. Creel explained what he could do and that he would come out. Mr. Creel looked at the boiler, explained to me in terms that I could understand and then proceeded to do what no other contractor was willing to do. He told me he believes that it would not be a problem to get the boiler up and running. The boiler had not been cleaned in many years. He explained to me that the cleaning he would do should take place every 3 or 4 years. Mr. Creel then removed the rusted top, exposing the inside of the boiler. He then explained to me that while the boiler is old and rusty it simply needs a thorough cleaning. He showed me how the rust was causing the CO problem in the area of the boiler and that the boiler needs to be cleaned out to allow the flames to go up in the boiler and the gas to go through the vent pipe. He brought in his tools and began to clean the entire inside of the boiler out and remove the rust and debris. He then put the boiler back together, he bled the radiators throughout the house, and then fired the boiler up and it works wonderfully! Mr. Creel then thoroughly cleaned up the area around the boiler! I could not be more impressed with his expertise, professionalism and honesty. I understand that contractors are in the business to make money but Mr. Creel's integrity does not allow him to take advantage of a customer who is at their wits end! Thank you Climate Pro! Thank you Kevin Creel! Continued business success and happy customers like me.
David and Louis did a phenomenal job running a gas line for my new stove. They were at all times professional, listened to my concerns, and did their homework to ensure that I understood what they were doing. They also made sure that their work was up to code since we were in communications with the County inspector. With the warranty provided I feel confident that my diy kitchen will be successful.
Working with Salvation LLC was a wonderful experience. Ernesto and his team are outstanding. In fact, Ernesto found a creative solution to my HVAC/water heater issue that several other HVAC companies had not even considered. The finished installation was beyond my expectations; pre-installation preparation and post-installation cleanup could not have been better. I have had HVAC/water heater work done in the past but Salvation's work was superior to all of these other companies. The work was done at a reasonable price in a timely manner and Ernesto made sure that I understood all that would be involved in the installation. I highly recommend Salvation! I have already scheduled some additional HVAC work with Salvation and they will absolutely be my go-to HVAC company going forward :-)
My gas furnace was not working. It wouldn't blow out any heat. So I hired John of Seasonal Climate Control based on his many positive reviews. And I'm glad I did. John and his assistant came out the next morning, and not only quickly fixed my heating issue, but also pointed out a potential safety hazard from a previous repair to the furnace done by another contractor. I was very happy with the service provided, and will be using John in the future for my heating maintenance and repair needs.
Andre and his team did an outstanding job on my exterior wood replacement project on my home. They replaced some dry rotted wood with PVC boarding, painted and cleaned the area before they wrapped up the project. Great job, will hire again for my next project!
Brad and his team did a great job - we were quite pleased. Brad took the time to go over all of our options with us (gas furnace, central A/C, ductless mini-splits, electric water heater, etc) and helped us reach the best combination for our small row home. Their pricing was very competitive and we know we received better customer service than we would have found elsewhere. They were honest and transparent with us every step of the way and when we had a small problem at the end, Brad was very quick to rectify the situation fully. We definitely recommend Hughes Mechanical to others and will be calling them with future work ourselves!
Had preventive maintenance done on my condensor and furnace. Pressures were checked and refrigerant added. Service was prompt and professional.
Installed stove top exhaust. Was professional, did a great job, and stuck to the estimate. Will hire again for future jobs.
The company was very professional. The owner, Jim Hoover, and I agreed on a price to remove and replace a gas unit heater and a hot water heater. He immediately had his Insurance Co. send us their Insurance Certificate, he emailed a copy of his business license, and he was there to do the job as discussed. They are very nice to work with.
I have used this company for AC and furnace repairs a couple of times and I have always been very pleased with their service. The company is easy to contact, and if they do not answer they get in touch with you as soon as possible . Every time I have used them, I have received same day service. They may even be able to do emergency repairs in the off hours, but I am not sure about that. The technicians come within the time window provided, and get right to work. This call ended up being a blown capacitor. The technician diagnosed the problem in only a couple of minutes, got the part out of his truck, installed, and tested it all within half an hour. They have always been fair and reasonable. Everything was very well done, and Tra our technician who have serviced our property many times in the past was very professional and an excellent communicator . I was able to ask questions about the repair and installation and received excellent answers.
Mr. Lenny Borkman, the owner of Elite Air Solutions, LLC and his staff did a wonderful job installing a new heat pump in one of my rental properties. Lenny took the time to meet with me and provide me with a very reasonable estimate, as well as, providing information about his background and business. Lenny is very profession and he and his staff showed up on time and worked until the job was completed. I was so impressed with his service I hired him to install a new gas furnace and air conditioning system in my own home. I have already told my friends and family about what a great job Mr. Borkman and his company did! Thank you Lenny!!!! Kudos to You!!!
I needed a new gas line installed to go to my kitchen for a new gas oven I had purchased. A date was arranged for an estimate, it occurred on time, and I was pleasantly surprised that the installation was not going to be as extremely expensive as I had expected. He was very friendly, and looked for the most efficient way to run the line which would be the least "destructive" in opening walls which I really appreciated. I would absolutely use H & M in the future - and had discussed additional gas lines in the future to two separate fireplaces. I look forward to working with H & M in the future.
Thank you Kirk and Melissa! The first time I used the services of your company I had 2 new toilets and a washer/dryer installed. The second time I used the services of All Nite Sewer & Drain I had a gas boiler installed. I am so impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge, attention to every single detail, work ethic, compassion, and honesty. I I think this combination of qualities is rare and I respect and appreciate this gem of a family owned business!
Larry came to our house to remove an old water heater and to install a new heater. Because of the figuration of the room where the heater is, they needed to cut into the drywall. Larry and Pablo were on time, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. Everything was installed quickly, and cleaned up really well (probably left the area cleaner than when they arrived). Will definitely consider hiring Larry and The Plumbery for future needs.
It was a pleasure working with Dee and Al Hagler. They painted and added accent walls, changed the ceiling to a decorative tiling, cosmetic changes, added crown and shadow box molding through out the office, added pendant lighting in the lobby area, and changed the bathroom floor to wide plank laminate wood along with some plumbing updates. They completed the project in ONLY 3 DAYS. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional general contracting company.
JP Mechanical completed the removal of our old water heater and oil furnace and replacement with a combo natural gas powered one. James was a clear communicator, provided a competitive quote, was respectful of our space while working, and did excellent work! Would absolutely recommend and use for future work!
