Latest Review: I decided to learn how to play piano for the first time at age 24 and Sally has been an excellent first teacher. There are several things that I think she has done well, but I think the most important thing has been that she has helped to foster and inspire my enjoyment of playing piano. Sally obviously loves playing the piano herself and that has definitely passed onto me during our lessons. I started playing piano on a whim several months ago and I'm even more excited now about learning and practicing than I was when I started and I think that speaks a lot to how good Sally has been as a teacher. The other aspect I've really appreciated is that Sally has been very responsive and aware of my goals and has challenged me in exactly the right ways. I feel like I've learned far more than I ever expected to in my first 5 months of playing. There were several times Sally gave me scores to learn that I thought were going to be too challenging for me, when in fact they really pushed me to improve quickly and increased my enjoyment of playing/practicing. Finally, the little things. Sally has been very easy to communicate with and flexible with lessons. We have never had a miscommunication about lesson time/location and she has been very flexible when I haven't been able to do our standard times. Overall, I've really enjoyed my five months learning how to play the piano from Sally and I would 100% recommend her to any other person looking to learn how to play piano for the first time or improve on their existing skills.

Latest Review: My 9 year old son has only been taking lessons for two months, so this is a very limited experience, but we plan to stick around! Magdalina is very kind and patient with him, explaining the new lesson without rushing, commending him on homework well done, and encouraging his interest. He loves his piano lessons and looks forward to them. Magdalina's schedule works very well for me, as I was able to pick a convenient time. She was very flexible when I asked to reschedule a couple of times. Also, the lesson environment is very pleasant - it's clean and spacious.

Latest Review: Adam Munzert taught me basic piano for about a year. He is a patient teacher and equips the student with music that suites their ability, but is still interesting. As a beginner piano player who has previous experience on other instruments, most beginner music felt very childish. Adam do a good job finding more interesting music to learn that was still within my playing abilities. He has a sense of humor while teaching and teaches the student more than just how to play notes.

Latest Review: My daughter has been taking piano lessons from Toni for several months. I love that Toni comes to my house to teach, so that I can stay home and work on other projects during her lessons. Toni is extremely reliable, prompt, and responsive. She is very kind and patient, my daughter loves having her come and looks forward to her lessons. She always leaves a clear practice plan, so that my daughter can practice on her own and knows exactly what to do. I highly recommend piano lessons with 10 Fingers Music!

Latest Review: After a great stint of piano and violin lessons, we just began with Johnny Walker, Aida's strings teacher, to start my son on cello. We are so impressed with him - he knows HOW to teach, asking questions, guiding my son to think and understand rather than a mere demonstrate-and-repeat style. My son immediately took to him and can hardly wait between lessons for the next. Thank you!

Latest Review: Our 16 year old daughter is currently a student of Mrs. Bennett. Mrs. Bennett is very professional and polished. Our daughter has taken private lessons with Mrs. Bennett since the third grade. Our daughter can read music and play the piano beautifully without music in front of her. In today’s busy world in Loudoun County, our daughter finds playing the piano relaxing. She loves Mrs. Bennett and she is able to provide direction and instruction to our daughter in a professional pleasing way. We would highly reccomend Mrs. Bennett for anyone interested in taking piano lessons. Mrs. Bennett also works with us when we have to be out of town. We appreciate Mrs. Bennett’s knowledge, ability, and professionalism. Doug & Liz Gant, Ashburn, VA
