I have been working out with Svetness and the trainers are great. Their studio in Leesburg is geared toward training one on one and not like the big gyms with so many people around. The place is clean and I like the smoothie bar because I always get their Tropical Smoothie at the end of the workout. Thumbs up on this personal training studio.
Elin designed a creative program to help my 9 year old son prepare for his martial arts tournaments. My son definitely made improvements in his strength, agility and stamina. Elin was also able to fine tune his kicking and blocking skills since he has experience in various self defense/fighting skills. Elin is quick to respond to emails/text/calls and has tremendous knowledge in the art of exercise, bodybuilding and nutrition. I highly recommend Elin and his team for anyone looking for a professional personal trainer.
Chris is awesome. He has gone out of his way to accommodate my ridiculous schedule as a single parent. He personalizes each workout, as well as a nutrition plan, and follows up to make sure it's something you are able to stick with. I have never worked with a personal trainer before, and I'm probably not the easiest client, but Chris is approachable and friendly and he actually listens. Signing up for a personal trainer was daunting to me, because I thought someone was going to bark orders at me, but Chris is the exact opposite. I appreciate his calm demeanor, and he is able to push me further in my workouts without treating me like an Army recruit. That might work for some people, but it definitely would've prevented me from coming back. I planned on learning just a few techniques to apply at home, and only intended on working with Chris for a week, but his level of motivation has made me change my mind, and I'm working with him once a week now to stay on task with my goals. Highly recommend him, and if the other trainers at Jones4Fitness are anything like him, don't hesitate to give them a chance.

Very professional. I especially appreciate the time they take to explain the exercises, and how they should or shouldn't be feeling while doing them. It's good to know that trainers care about your form while doing movements so you get the best from your workout while not injuring yourself.
I first started working out with Cornelius about one year ago, after my girlfriend encouraged me to give personal training a try. I used to be one of those guys who thought personal trainers weren't necessary for a good workout, so I was hesitant at first but I followed my girlfriend's advice and signed up for a few sessions with Cornelius. After our first workout, I knew I'd be coming back for more. When I first started training I was WEAK, even though I had been jogging regularly. I had rarely stretched or worked on building strength. I also wasn't eating well. Cornelius immediately recognized these holes in my training regimen and started developing workout and diet plans to help me build strength at a healthy pace. Due to my lack of stretching, many of my muscles and joints were incredibly tight but Cornelius' taught me exercises and stretches that would help me build strength and loosen that tightness without causing injury. Thanks to Cornelius, I feel stronger and look healthier. The girlfriend who got me started with training has even pointed out improvements to my energy levels and confidence. The fitness plans Cornelius has built around my personal needs have been perfect. Throughout our workouts, he has been very relaxed and great to talk to but he also knows when to push me to workout harder. I look forward to each of our sessions, and I strongly recommend him to others.
I recommend Jenise 100%. She is a pro and you feel like your money is well spent because she is serious about her job and has the exercise routine all figure out before the session starts. she does not improvise and I can tell she has good experience which, for me, means I can trust her judgment on exercise choices. I appreciate that she is always on time and will tell (and show you) when you are making some mistakes with the exercise (some trainers don´t do this! so for me this a huge plus). I take 2 classes a week because of schedule possibilities but I think that, if you can afford it, 3 is the ideal number.
I started 3 weeks ago with FSR Fitness and I must say it was one of the best choices I've made. My trainer, Craig, is the best. He pushes me just enough to make me work harder but not too much where I would quit. The trainers are friendly. They motivate you to do your best. They encourage you so if you can't do something it's ok, you will be able to, just keep trying. Pricing is awesome. As a single parent, I don't have much to spend on other things. This fits in my budget perfectly.

I have trained with Emmanuel for the past 2 years. I cycled through a number of trainers before training with Emmanuel. He is college educated, professional, and respectful of my time. He caters his workouts to your individual needs and adjusts exercises based on aliments or preferences. He has a good sense of humor and is pleasant to be around. I would recommend Emmanuel Kargbo to anyone looking for a good consistent trainer. He is a former football player and sprinter, so he is perfect for ex-athletes.
The training is flexible with my schedule and the trainers go above and beyond in teaching you the fundamentals of exercising and nutrition.
I am in my early 60's and was hesitant to begin an exercise regimen. After reviewing several trainers on this site, I contacted Silvia. She responded very promptly and offered to come to my home for an assessment and first meeting. She was so friendly and understanding of my needs. Her personality clicked with me and she devised a plan to strengthen my muscles and help me get on shape. I normally go to her home studio but she comes to my home if I am unable to go to hers. I appreciate the variety of exercises she teaches me and trust her judgement when she pushes me. We laugh a lot as well! I meet with her one hour a week and always feel like she is interested in my well being. I would recommend Silvia without reservation!
Zach has been a grest trainer. He has pushed me to do more than I would do on my own. I would reccomend him to anyone who is willing to work hard and listen to his advice.
Ok, first of all I have to say that I am quite possibly the LAZIEST person ever. I am not proud of that. Somehow, in spite of my natural disposition, Soup has been able to motivate me and keep me on a good workout schedule. Soup has helped me lose weight, build muscle, eat better and made me more productive at work. He really know his stuff when it comes to weightlifting and physiology and all of that. But what really makes him special is that he can get you motivated even if you're like me, nearly impervious to motivation. Also, he's just a super personable and likable guy. I have worked out with other personal trainers and I have to say that Soup is the best!
I have used several personal trainers over the years and I would rate Michael as the best in the business. He pushes you to your absolute limits, yet always focuses on your safety. Extremely innovative, Michael's workouts are always varied and FUN! He is extremely accommodating to fit your schedule and makes sure each workout accomplishes your goals. Highest recommendation!
I used to be in the military and have gotten out of shape. I have told Lamont what I needed to get there and he has gone over and beyond to make sure I get what I need. My workouts are fun and I don't even want to leave! I have had many trainers and this one is a keeper
Niki is absolutely amazing as a trainer! She's firm but also reassuring and motivating. She's extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and is very accommodating when it comes to what I am comfortable with. It has only been one week since I've been working with her and I am already seeing results. I travel often and have an extremely busy schedule when I am not traveling. Utilizing League Elite's online training allows me to take advantage of personal training on MY schedule. Some days I prefer to workout really, really early and other days I prefer to work really, really late hours. Having 24hr access to my workout plan is P-E-R-F-E-C-T for me. Coach K and JB are awesome! They are professional, reliable and knowledgeable trainers. I like that they designed a workout and a meal plan specifically for ME. I've been training with Nate several times a week for over 5 years, and I couldn't be more pleased with my progress, fitness level (strength, duration, flexibility), and the ongoing challenge and diversity of workouts -- they're never boring and incorporate strength, stability and core, time under tension, and functional training for every part of my body. In addition, Nate's a nice guy with a great sense of humor, so the workouts are tough but enjoyable. After his initial assessment, he continued to take the time to get know me individually and has a vested interest in my health, well being, strengths, and weaknesses (he enjoys identifying and having me work on my weaknesses!). Nate works hard with each of his clients and he customizes each workout for their individual needs and goals. In the 5+ years I've trained with him, Nate has never been late or missed a workout -- even in snowstorms! When I need to change a training appointment, Nate works very hard to find a time that is mutually beneficial. Finding the right personal trainer that had the proper knowledge, experience, equipment, interpersonal skills, and motivation to align with mine was tough; and I couldn't be happier to have found Nate. My investment in training with him has been more than worth it: I'm in great physical shape, my doctor asks if I've found the fountain of youth, and I've made a good friend in the process.
