Jesse is an incredible trainer who tailors workout regiments to meet your short and long term goals. He holds you accountable for meeting your weekly workouts and helps improve your diet for improved results. His workouts incorporate a variety of movements, and continues adding advanced techniques. Through the entire workout, he continues to push you, aiming to meet new goals and personal records. J esse also teaches small group training classes. I regularly attend his TRX class to accompany my lifting routine. This class incorporates TRX movements, cardio, and boot camp elements. I would highly recommend him as a trainer to meet your personal goals and as a small group instructor. It is always a terrific experience and something I look forward to every week.
I've been training with Angie for over a year now and I love her enthusiasm she has for her clients! The excitement and drive she has to meet my goals is just the nudge I need to challenge myself and go the extra mile. Angie pushes hard but appropriately so which helped me to achieve more than I could have imagined…like completing two Spartan races within a 1 month span of time! She is knowledgeable with all aspects of fitness and health and does her research to cater her training to meet my needs and goals. Some of my goals were to tone, strengthen my core and incorporate full body exercises to my fitness regimen and I'm very pleased with my results. She keeps me on my toes and changes up the exercises each session. Sessions never get boring and I learn new ways to exercise on my own between sessions. I can’t wait for the boot camp classes to start! Also, now that the weather is warming up the flexibility to take the training outside is a nice added change of scenery than the gym. Ana is dedicated to her clients and works with you to achieve exactly what you want. She takes the time to get to know you and builds an outstanding relationship. She assists with nutrition and exercises outside of the PT sessions and includes you in other opportunities such as boot camps she offers. I took a boot camp class from Silvia and several personal training sessions. Every workout was different and challenging. Silvia is motivating and focuses on training as well as diet. I just wish she could make all of my meals - she is also an amazing cook!

Before going to Soupar as a personal trainer I had tried gyms, workout videos, and morning boot camps. All of them ended up being incredibly boring, and when it's boring it's not effective. Soupar know how to keep the workouts interesting and effective. He took the time to talk to me and figure out my goals, then crafted a carefully planned routine. And the plan is not rigid, but is tailored to address any issues that may occur during the time between visits. I credit him with helping get my weight down, my cholesterol in control, and helping get off the medication that the doctor put me on. Outside of sessions Soupar keeps track of all of his clients regarding exercise and diet. Overall he is a consummate professional who takes the goals seriously, while keeping the journey fun.
Ali makes fitness approachable and enjoyable! Her high intensity workouts make you feel like you're getting the most out of your time spent, but never like you can't handle it. No matter the varying fitness levels of people in out Small Group class, everyone got a great workout and had a great time! And the results speak for themselves!
Alan hosts an incredible boot camp on Thursdays. In addition, I have trained with him for 3 years noticing great results. Unlike some of my previous experiences, he takes a comprehensive approach by building you up with the basics and pushes you to reach your personal best. Finally, his versatility is what has kept me coming back. He provides advice on nutrition, personal training and tri/marathon planning. While he will push you, his manner is very encouraging and supportive.
Close friends I trust who trains with David recommended him to me. I became a client after an initial conversation and trial session. I like that he comes from a health and nutrition background in addition to physical fitness. He continues to deliver smart, achievable results that are personalized to my performance goals and flexible to my schedule. I didn't want a militant boot camp instructor that had his own agenda. With David, I feel he is able to identify the bit it takes to push me over my next hurdle yet enough to still be motivating and accountable to my fitness strategy and pace. Barbara English is a very high energy, spirited lady who makes our workouts fun and challenging. She is very knowledgable in her field and keeps us informed in all of the latest developments in the health and fitness. Her workouts are one hour long and she really makes the most of that hour. She explains all excerises in detail and demonstrates them carefully so all levels can participate. I encourage you to work with Doug as a personal trainer. Doug is my 16 year old daughter's personal sport trainer. He has been working with her for two months. My daughter has a goal of losing weight, gaining speed and improving her flexibility to be a better athlete. Doug took the time to find exercises/routines that hit all of her goals. He understood how to motivate her and push her. He varied the locations of the work outs from the gym to the local park or boot camp workouts in his studio. We look forward to working with him.
