Julie was very professional from planning to execution. Great communication before the event. This was a present to my husband for Christmas. A private cooking class for 2 in our home. Julie taught and served a fabulous flavorful 5 course Indian meal. We will definitely do this again! She brought all ingredients. She used our cookware and gadgets so we could reproduce the meal without feeling we had to buy any new kitchenware. So happy!
I found Colby Paige very cooperative from our initial meeting to the final clean up, The food was as expected. It was plentiful and tasty. It required making some specialty dishes such as paella . Richard Kramer who was the chef and the person who made the paella was outstanding. He was very professional and and competent.

Chef Tim came to my house and taught my 13 yr old daughter (and myself, my mother and sister in law) how to make homemade pasta and chicken piccata. He was patient, gave great tips and made the whole experience wonderful.

We loved having Kathi's help with our evening meals while my husband was deployed.
