Latest Review: I can’t say enough good things about Julian! We definitely hit the jackpot with him and in a very short time, he’s become a great trainer, mentor and role model for my 15 year old son who has wanted to increase his strength/stamina while working on his soccer skills. Julian very quickly responded to my search for a personal trainer and was incredibly professional during our introductory call. It was evident that his knowledge of /experience with soccer as a player and coach would be a good match for my son. He also shared his philosophy about strength training with kids, specifically how he seeks to understand what motivates and is important to them, so he could then weave in his expertise which ultimately would result in a truly customized program to help accomplish their goals. He was eager to “meet” my son and scheduled some time to speak with him personally over the phone and get to know him. I was impressed at how he was able to get from a 15-year old boy, what his fitness goals were! In less than a week of my initial inquiry, my son was training in the gym with Julian and has absolutely loved every session with him. Julian maximizes every second during each workout and even encourages kids to come in early to get warmed up (so really, while you pay for a 60-minute session, you get 70-75 minutes!) My son has already noticed physical changes, but beyond that, his sense of confidence, focus, and dedication has increased tremendously. Julian provides encouragement inside and outside the gym by keeping tabs on my son and checking in on how he’s doing. Even when my son tried out for another soccer team, Julian gave him sound advice throughout the process, acted as a sounding board, and alleviated any anxiety he had. The investment you make in Julian goes far beyond strength training; you also get someone who takes a genuine interest in your well-being and wants you to be successful. He empowers you with exercises which don’t require you to be in a gym (my son did his own workouts during the winter break) and with general “life skills/lessons”. Go for a free consultation with Julian ... you’ll be hooked!

Latest Review: When looking for a personal trainer, it struck me exactly how hard it is to find quality in any service. Most people are bad at most things, and people that take their work seriously are rare. I signed up for some classes with a trainer at my gym. Paid a reasonable amount. Got terrible advice and hurt myself. The trainer was probably trying his best but just didn't have the experience or knowledge to help me learn correctly. I was afraid to make a more serious financial commitment with no guarantee that I'd get better results... but I tried out ELIN, and I'm glad I did. I got a phone call from Elin and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and his ability to communicate effectively about critical aspects of getting in shape. It was clear this was a no-bs trainer that was interested in actually providing training rather than tricking me into paying an exorbitant price and then phoning it in. I began sessions with a trainer named Kris. Kris had the body to indicate that he knows how to work out, but that isn't always enough. You have to be an effective teacher as well. It turns out Kris has an excellent eye for form and was able to explain, over the course of our sessions, specific issues with my body that needed to be addressed. He found exercises that addressed those issues, and if I had difficulty with that exercise, he found a new one that worked better. He strikes an excellent balance between fixing form and letting you get on with the workout, neither constantly interrupting you nor letting you do useless reps. He was also able to explain and demonstrate over time the importance of the less glamorous parts of the workout, such as stretching and SMR, which all of us "know" are important but which we never really accept as crucial. In short, all of my expectations for hiring a professional trainer were met. These guys don't screw around. If you're serious, hire ELIN.

Latest Review: The facility is perfect for me from distance to privacy. It allows me to have the exclusive 1-on-1 training with my trainer without distraction that other Gyms don’t have. Ken is absolutely awesome: knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and very motivational. His sessions are well prepared, challenged, and yet never intimidating. Ken understood my strength pretty well, and allow me to start at my own space, but still challenging me at the same time. We set our goal pretty realistic, and can’t wait to see the real results. Thanks Ken.

Latest Review: I hired Rashid as a personal trainer several months ago. He was considerate, consistent, and results driven. We discussed my goals and it appeared he was more determined than myself to meet my goal. I did meet my goal partially, only because I was unable to continue my training because of personal circumstances. I trust that if I had continued I would have met my goal. I highly recommend Rashid as a personal trainer.

Latest Review: I would definitely recommend training with Svet and the rest of his team. Svet is a great trainer that actually cares about my goals and makes it possible for me to reach them. Each workout is different and is tailored to my current abilities, but at the same time it is sort of uncompromising when you have a bar set. You are pushed, but these trainers know exactly where your limit is. I was also given advice on food and how to eat along with a list of supplements picked out for my personal workout plan. Svet will drive out to my house or we can have the session at a community gym. The training is at a great price and it is well worth the money. If you want to reach your goals, train with Svetness!

Latest Review: Casey and his team are top notch - experienced, professional, and really vested in their clients' success. It's only been two 1/2 weeks but already I feel stronger, more toned, and my endurance has increased. Casey was great listener about my goals and matched me with one of his trainers who is perfect for me and the goals I want to accomplish. Highly recommend him. - Silvia T

Latest Review: I called Aubrey with Golden Years a few months ago to see if she could help me strengthen and walk again. My plan was to be mobile enough to keep up with my 7 and 5 year old grandchildren but an old leg injury was holding me back. I had been seeing a physical therapist but got to the point where I just needed to improve my strength. I lucked out in finding Aubrey because she was able to use her physical therapy training to really help me focus on the proper exercises. Once we figured that out, over the course of 2-3 months she came to my house and ran exercises with me until I actually did reach my goal! I plan to continue on with Aubrey for a little while more so that I can be sure my leg strength keeps improving. Oh, and I found Aubrey because of a neighbor recommendation. I must say, her rates can't be beat, especially compared to other trainers I had come across before finding Aubrey.
