I have had the opportunity to attend Daniel's Cardio/Strength classes (Tue/Thur) for about 1 year at the Perry Hall YMCA. He incorporates agility ladder challenges, training with rope, TRX, kettlebells, weighted sports balls as well as planks, push-ups, crunches, wall sits and we would work in the weight room that involves machines, but can be carried out with dumbbells, barbells or body weight exercises. His classes are great and always challenging. They inspire you to push yourself forward towards reaching your personal fitness goal.
