svet is legit! at first I wasnt too sure if I wanted to do personal training because I'm a student and therefore have little money to splurge. I saw other personal trainers and saw they charged outrageous amounts for their services. however, svet is very flexible with his payment. this made it possible for me to focus on myself instead of the money. as for the training, this guy will kick your ass, but the results are worth it. it has been about a month for me and I have lost 10 pounds of what I'm sure was fat. also I feel much stronger and my existing back and shoulder problems are starting to alleviate themselves. if you are serious about training than the svetness personal training program is for you. the svetnesss program will not only help change how you look, but it will positively change how you live your lifestyle.

I normally score good or average but I wanted to do better and get at least an excellent so that I could become the commands Assistant Fitness Leader. Well I had 3 weeks to train with Elin and my goal was over exceeded. I maxed out my push ups, sit ups and scored excellent on my run. I was very pleased with my results and Elin's commitment to train me. My schedule is jammed pack and I like that he is very communicative in rescheduling with me and managing his time to meet up with me. I have been training with Robert Armstrong (Fitness Stop LLC), Personal Training, 4 times a week since November 18, 2015. I researched numerous fitness programs and met various personal trainers in my local area before choosing Fitness Stop LLC. I found an immediate connection with Robert and his training program as I felt he truly cares in working with his clients to reach their fitness goals regardless if its 10 or 60 pounds. His personal experience in weight loss and dedicated training drives his clients to achieving their fitness goals as he has. My goal is to lose 25-30 pounds within 6 months from the start of my training. Robert provided me with a meal plan that I have been disciplined in following. He prepared me to understand the challenges I will experience when changing to a healthier lifestyle with consistent exercise and diet. Robert has the patience yet pushes his clients to the level he knows they can achieve and they do. He works well with clients with injuries as well. In the first 3 weeks I trained with Robert, I lost 10 pounds. I definitely met my goal in losing the most difficult 10 pounds in less than the time I expected and because of it, I am more motivated and determined and will continue training with Robert. Losing pounds and maintaining the weight loss was always the most difficult for me but because Robert's training varies and not boring, I look forward to each training session and always feel accomplished after. The only regret I have is that I wish I had started sooner with Robert Armstrong and Fitness Stop LLC but like anything in life, better late than never.

I hired Robert about two months ago. I have had personal trainers before but none like him. Robert is an asset- he knows how to deal with clients and trains them accordingly. He inculcates a sense of discipline into the client which is great. I have lost about 10 pounds and this is just the beginning. He keeps you motivated and makes you look at the larger picture- which means how one would feel at the end of the sessions when one has become healthier and looks good too. I would highly encourage people to get his team if you are serious about working out and improving yourself.

Robert was great! I've had personal trainers before but he's the only one that did a real assessment ahead of working out. This way he was able to tell me very specifically where I'd need to put in the most work to reach my goals. His rates are highly competitive and he worked with my tight schedule to find the best time for me. He's also a really friendly, nice guy. You'll enjoy (at least as much as you can enjoy getting your butt kicked) working with him or his trainers. It's a family owned company so they have a vested interest in excellent customer service.

A great personal trainer: he customized our sessions to exactly what I needed (very much a beginner, so we had simple goals like 10 push ups, etc) and we've been working our way up since. He's also super flexible with your schedule. My schedule was nuts for the 10 months I've worked with him, but he was always willing to move things around to accommodate -- and since he was willing to come to me and work out in my building's gym, I never had an excuse to not get my blood pumping! Every session was different so I never got bored, but they were all intense work outs. Shawn is not the type of trainer that gets down on the floor and yells at you to keep going, but he encourages you when you need it. He stands back and lets you concentrate on doing your thing, usually only piping up to correct form. Between sets, he's very nice and pleasant to talk to. I'm definitely in the best shape of my life thanks to Shawn! I especially recommend him to anyone who feels a little lost in the gym -- he's definitely increased my comfort level and knowledge about working out.

I strongly recommend Shawn as your personal trainer. I am a 37 year old with a very sedentary job and completely out of shape . I have been working with Shawn for 6 weeks, thrice a week. My problem with a one size fitness program like p90x or a group class is that I cannot actually do them - i either injure myself or get so exhausted I cant do my work - so I can stick to a program and dont see results. Shawn took all of this into account and designed a custom program for me. He pushes me (but not to break point), mixes up the routine (that helps me stay interested) and offers a good explanation for why I am doing something. The diet plan is great. He is very professional and will email you meeting requests to schedule time and is on time for class. Thanks to Shawn, 6 weeks of rigorous exercise is the most I have done in my life - I hope to keep this streak going.

Three sessions in, Shawn has shown great professionalism and knowledge of the personal training industry. Paired with his Gladiator Strong suggested nutrition, I already feel a difference in my energy and have lost 5 lbs.! He motivates, tolerates my constant complaining, is accommodating in terms of location, and of 3 other personal trainers I've had in my lifetime, I finally did proper push-ups with the correct form. He smartly combines cardio with strength and working multiple muscle groups with different exercises and has had a different routine every session. I'll be ready for Key West in two weeks time and keep it going up to my wedding in December. If he'll have me, I'll be using him again after these sessions. Will post before and after pictures.

I first started working out with Cornelius about one year ago, after my girlfriend encouraged me to give personal training a try. I used to be one of those guys who thought personal trainers weren't necessary for a good workout, so I was hesitant at first – but I followed my girlfriend's advice and signed up for a few sessions with Cornelius. After our first workout, I knew I'd be coming back for more. When I first started training I was WEAK, even though I had been jogging regularly. I had rarely stretched or worked on building strength. I also wasn't eating well. Cornelius immediately recognized these holes in my training regimen and started developing workout and diet plans to help me build strength at a healthy pace. Due to my lack of stretching, many of my muscles and joints were incredibly tight – but Cornelius' taught me exercises and stretches that would help me build strength and loosen that tightness without causing injury. Thanks to Cornelius, I feel stronger and look healthier. The girlfriend who got me started with training has even pointed out improvements to my energy levels and confidence. The fitness plans Cornelius has built around my personal needs have been perfect. I discovered Jenise through thumbtack and by reading reviews about her. I had been seeking for a personal trainer. After my initial consultation, I knew that she was the trainer for me. To give an overview of my fitness level: I am 26. I am a non-athlete. Actually, I’m pretty uncoordinated and clumsy and have never regularly exercised before. I love yoga but I also never got into doing it regularly enough. Its rare to get the motivation for me to get up and go to the gym which is why I chose to seek a personal trainer that can come to me and give me an individualized service. When I contacted Jenise, she offered for a consultation and to see my goals and ultimately see if my schedule will fit in with hers. I should have worn appropriate clothing at that time to do a fitness assessment… nevertheless, after booking she came to me for the assessment, measurements, and weigh-in. We completed 12 sessions in a 1 month period. Just like learning a new skill or a language or an insurance for a healthier life in the future— every penny is worth it. If I could afford it, I would for sure continue working out with Jenise 3 times a week all my life!! But this has been a really great stepping stone to a STRONGER me. The workouts as other reviews mention are different each time although during every session you focus on different parts of the body. Usually you do one session focusing on lower body, one on upper body and one focusing on the core. She makes sure that your workout is high-intensity and always adds new moves or gadgets to the workouts to make it fun. Boxing, resistance training outside in the neighborhood, when the weather is nice, were some of the highlights for me. Even though, I liked the convenience of her coming to me.. I also liked going to her location at the end of the week to top off my workout and get the MOST out of my weekly workouts. Her gym has all the equipment needed to kick butt. She really understands the anatomy and where your weaknesses lie as a unique individual. She builds your workouts according to these and changes the number of repetitions or the amount of weight as necessary during the workout. She watches you closely on your form and ensures you get the most out of every exercise. I personally never liked working out because I never knew how to. I knew I had terrible form and didn’t know how to fix it. Jenise became a teacher to me and showed me how to properly lift. She also always reminded me to breathe when I exerted energy (I tend to hold my breath when I lift .. its no bueno!) Now I see that I have made progress and I have learned proper form, I am keen to continue with it. My 12 sessions came to an end last week. I would 100% renew more sessions with Jenise if it weren’t for my mother looking to join a gym with me. Right now, my finances and time aren’t allowing me to afford both, but I know for certain Jenise and I will be training again in the future. I can tell she has made a STRONGER me and I don’t want to lose any of what I have worked for this past month! If you are hesitant, I get that. Truly. But give it a shot. Jenise is wonderful. Trust her, she knows exactly what you need. I'm so glad I trusted her on this journey. I highly recommend CW3 to everyone!

When I started training with Sean I was a 39 year old mother of two. I've struggled with my weight my whole life. I can’t say enough good things about Julian! We definitely hit the jackpot with him and in a very short time, he’s become a great trainer, mentor and role model for my 15 year old son who has wanted to increase his strength/stamina while working on his soccer skills. It was evident that his knowledge of /experience with soccer as a player and coach would be a good match for my son. In less than a week of my initial inquiry, my son was training in the gym with Julian and has absolutely loved every session with him. Julian maximizes every second during each workout and even encourages kids to come in early to get warmed up (so really, while you pay for a 60-minute session, you get 70-75 minutes!) My son has already noticed physical changes, but beyond that, his sense of confidence, focus, and dedication has increased tremendously. Julian provides encouragement inside and outside the gym by keeping tabs on my son and checking in on how he’s doing. Even when my son tried out for another soccer team, Julian gave him sound advice throughout the process, acted as a sounding board, and alleviated any anxiety he had. To put it succinctly for those that don’t want to read this whole review..... Julian, as my personal trainer, is phenomenal!  He is super knowledgeable, well trained, educated, I would say an expert about training the body to get the results you want. He has a great energy, enthusiasm, and passion for getting you in the best shape you can be!  I can't recommend him highly enough. I chose to work with Julian, personal trainer and owner of Prepare for Performance, cause he listened to what my goals were and his approach to over all strengthening fit with me. I love how he mixes up the workouts always focus on engaging my core in everything we do. I have never really exercised or been into fitness because weight was never an issue, until I hit my mid 40s. Feeling really fatigued, bad posture, headaches, gravity.... Working with Julian is so important to me because able to judge my abilities and push them just the right amount. He plans the workout so that I'm pushing my limits every session. While I whine and complain he gets me through it.  Even with all the technology, YouTube ect...these are not workouts I could do on my own.  Every session is different, challenging, and feels wholly customized so I may reach my goals. Working out with Julian may be my best decision of the year.  My posture is so much improved, I have upper body strength *for the first time in my life*, I am able to do things I would never have done before and feel great (while I am still not thrilled with how I look,there are improvements, I actually will take my shirt off and swim. god, I missed swimming!) Working out is still hard and something I would never do if it were not for Julian. He is fun, engaging, smart, and a “hard a#$” when he needs to be. If you are wanting to feel better about yourself, feel stronger, happier, and joining the gym just does not do it for you...Julian will get you into shape!!

I can't begin to describe how great Rachaad Is. You will see results and you won't be disappointed.  But the awesome part is - he keeps you motivated.  He believes in you when you don't think you can and he let's you know it.  He just doesn't give up on you.  And his optimistic attitude helps keep you focused on the goal.   After three months, I have upper body strength for the first time in my life (I have never been able to do push-ups before now). I've been training with Nate several times a week for over 5 years, and I couldn't be more pleased with my progress, fitness level (strength, duration, flexibility), and the ongoing challenge and diversity of workouts -- they're never boring and incorporate strength, stability and core, time under tension, and functional training for every part of my body. In addition, Nate's a nice guy with a great sense of humor, so the workouts are tough but enjoyable. Barb and I have been friends for a few years now. I've had the honor to witness her being a wonderful wife and amazing mom. Rashid is a great trainer who cares a lot about the well being of kids and will do anything to see you succeed in life!!! 1. I learned how to push myself when things got hard and I also I was taught how to fix my running technique with running hills forcing me to bring my knees up when I run. 2.
