Sasha and the other trainers at straight edge to make sure that you feel comfortable when you're working with them. Sasha goes above and beyond to teach you about the importance of eating right and how to make the changes fit into your life. She has been there and can speak from experience. She creates challenging routines but adapts each exercise to your fitness level. She is a great trainer and motivator. "

"Great experience lost 6lbs in two weeks. Always available for questions will work to suit your abilities and needs (mobility, meal plans, etc.) Pricing is great and he is willing to work with you as far as location. Lastly his appearance is reassuring that he knows what fit is. Unlike another trainer I had that looked like he needed more training than me so that was over before it started. I like to get to know who I am working with so learning my trainer multiple skills and certifications was a PLUS. Sold!!!"

"Renall has been my personal trainer since September 2015. When I decided to make the commitment to myself to be healthier and stronger, I had no background in working out other than cardio-type of exercising. I knew that I needed an experienced personal trainer to help guide me on this journey. When I first met with Renall, he showed genuine interest in learning about me and what my goals were. He developed a work out program customized for me and my fitness level. His focus has always been and continues to be on helping me attain my health/fitness goals and keeping me on track. He takes the time to give me feedback and reevaluate to help me stay focused. He is prepared for each session and gives 100% of his attention to ensure that I am using proper form to avoid injury and utilizing my time with him to get maximum results. "I was like you once, lost in the fitness world as to what I think I should do, listening to the "bro science" going through inexperienced coaches or (gurus) as they call them, just because they did some shows they think they have the knowledge to train others. I went through hell with no carbs for weeks, and on high fats at over an hour of cardio a day with no refeeds or rewards. My body was breaking down. I'd had enough. I knew that this wasn't healthy for me anymore and I needed help. That's when I was introduced to Brian Lewis. Not only did he have a lot of experience of doing and putting others through shows, but he was also very successful at them both. Oh, and he actually went to college for it. Just within six weeks Brian learned how my body worked, and got me ready for my first men's physique show ever. I was able to eat more food then I was allowed before, my cardio was cut in half, and I was rewarded with more food on the weekend (refeed day). As an end result, I was in the best shape of my life, and I took 5th place in my first show. Even though my show was back in July, I am still under the guidance of Brian Lewis for every day healthy living. I would highly recommend this "mad scientist" as I call him, he is hands down the most affordable, knowledgable, and professional person I have ever had the privilege of working with."

"Matt and Meghan are great trainers. They’ll find your strengths and weaknesses but will help you improve in both areas. I’ve been at Funcfit for a year and my fitness level has continuously improved. "This guy is the best of the best. In September, 2015, I signed up for 20 one-hour sessions of personal training with Brian. I was 62 years old and did not have a background in athletics, physical fitness, or bodybuilding. I had struggled through about one year of CrossFit before I met Brian. I was very disappointed with the results (and number of injuries) I was getting from CrossFit. I could see that Brian certainly had a body composition I could admire. After the first 20 sessions were finished, I was so pleased with his work that I signed up for 20 more sessions and when those were done, I signed up for 20 more for a total of 60 sessions. I gained a huge amount of muscle while working with Brian without a single injury. This is especially amazing considering that I was 62 years old at the time. I give my highest recommendation to Brian Meadows both as a knowledgeable trainer and a person of great integrity. "
