Thanks to my man Sanford Gunn for training me and putting me on that Advocare...Since June 1st I've lost 50+ pounds and now I am building lean muscle...I have to now buy a new wardrobe (pant/shorts) all due to my workouts. I haven't been this light since HS. So if you are willing to put the work in Advocare is definitely the way to go...I know it has done wonders for me!

Awesome workouts! You don't get stuck doing the same routine each time. Very flexible scheduling to match your needs. One on one training to push you, but not break you. Focus on how to move correctly and not just throw weights. Highly recommend!
Brian has come into his own after training/learning from Joe Hartfelder, other bodybuilders and personal experiences. Its hard to find a good trainer who actually cares about each of his clients and will go out of his way to help. Brian will take the time and explain whatever question you have and if he doesnt know the answer will find it. I see many trainers who go through the motions and while training a customer will be distracted by their phone or something else. The trainers at Straight Edge give their full attention to you, your needs and make sure each exercise is being done right. They have the knowledge and hands on experience that they are willing to give to anyone who wants to transform their body or just to make a life change. Pictures say a thousand words and all you have to do is look at the transformation Brian went through in the last few years. If anyone ever asks me about trainers or nutritional advice I forward them to Straight Edge. These guys truly care about you and want to help make any change for you possible. Keep up the great work. You change peoples lives with your knowledge and hopefully they will provide that to others. Im thankful I Joe and Brian to go to them anytime I need advice or nutritional needs. Working with Julia gave me the motivation I needed to get back into my work out routine. She goes at your pace, and dose not break you to the point of not being able to move the next day! I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT BRIAN! Finding a good personal trainer can be tough. I'm so lucky I was able to meet Brian when I did. I started training with him last May at X3 Sports in Atlanta. He was always so informative and positive. Also, he kicked my ass around the gym in the best way. Not only was he incredibly knowledgable about fitness but also was super knowledgable about food!! If you've started your fitness journey then you know one is just as important as the other. Thanks to Brian I am not only leaner and stronger but i'm also confident enough to be in the weight room on my own! If only he didn't move away! I am thankful to have started my fitness journey with him!
