Sanford is absolutely amazing! He is professional and dedicated and truly cares about his clients and their goals. He is very knowledgeable about exercise/training and the science behind working out. Always showing up on time and never missing a session, he encourages you throughout each workout and pushes you to your limits. I always leave his gym feeling great! He changes up routines, which is great for both your muscles and keeping the workouts interesting. He quickly learns about you as an individual and tailors workouts specific to your needs and likes. He doesn't only train you, but works out WITH you like a workout partner. This not only makes me feel like I can do it, it allows me to learn proper form for each exercise. I have been working out with Sanford for a couple of weeks now and I am already developing strength and definition, which is a goal of mine. You will not be disappointed giving Sanford a call! Angela is best and I saw the significant results after we started the training. We use to train 2 days a week from may of 2016 and I'm very disappointed that she has to move away to different place. She custom designed a meal plan and workout sets for me and that helped me a lot. Also, she is very good at motivation and pushing the thresholds to improve the endurance and agility training.

Weight loss was the area in which I needed help in. We worked in a gym in Norfolk where he trains for 1-2 hour sessions. His friendly attitude and openness was an immediate sign that he was who I needed to train with. I can be very lazy but Troy pushed me to limits I wouldn't normally take by myself. He was very punctual and that made it easy to set times and stick with them. We discussed goals and he offered words of encouragement to help me to achieve my goal weight by prom/graduation. I started training with Mattie a few weeks ago. Our sessions are about 1 hour and she also develops a cardio plan for me to complete each week. She has been doing a fantastic job providing a fitness routine for me while being in the first trimester of pregnancy. She is a knowledgeable personal trainer who is helping me achieve a healthy pregnancy. Not only has she made me feel comfortable but was a great person to talk to during our sessions. I will do crawl spaces and attics or tearing out and replacing for a low price you pay for material I'll give a price on labor not hourly a set rate I have 3 years of experience with old and new construction of houses. If crawl spaces need poly and new batts or attics need new batts will do it for you rip out old put in new any insulation company will charge a lot me I'm reasonable and will do free estimates.
