I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience with ProFloors LLC! I was looking for a reputable contractor to correct the grading in my shower installed incorrectly by the last contractor. Luckily, I found this company through the Thumbtack app. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship were top-notch. Deniz (Denise) was fantastic—her communication was the best I’ve experienced. We started chatting via the app, and she promptly followed up with a call to confirm my request. She was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Luck was on my side because they had an opening that very weekend, and they scheduled me for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Then came Andrey—the absolute star of the show! His attention to detail, skill, and dedication to the job were beyond impressive. He worked diligently to ensure everything was done perfectly. The results exceeded my expectations, and even more exciting, Andrey was done in only two days. All the while Deniz was calling me throughout the project to check the progress and that I was satisfied. I was ecstatic! If you’re looking for a company that delivers quality work, exceptional customer service, and a stress-free experience, look no further than ProFloors LLC. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend contractor Andrey Karapetyan, of Pro Floors. based on the home renovations he completed for me over the past two years. His work included plumbing, electrical, construction, tile-work, painting and design. His workmanship is of the highest quality, he is reliable, and always finishes on-time and within budget.Andrey completed a total renovation of my primary bathroom. It was amazing and included a beautifully installed tiled walk-in shower, a stand-alone tub, tiled bathroom walls, and new tiled flooring. As part of this project, he also installed vanity faucets, painted adjacent areas installed luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in an adjacent area. Each element was equally beautiful.Additionally, he replaced flooring in another property, installing LVT throughout my two-story townhome. This project also included new bathroom vanities, lighting, mirrors and commodes. Andrey showed up on-time, worked diligently throughout the day and was unwavering in his attention to detail.His skills as a contractor are exceptional. And personally, he is honest, efficient, meticulous, timely and a pleasure to work with. He also provided invaluable insight and recommendations based on his experience, which proved to be very helpful as we made the many decisions throughout the different projects. Working with Andrey Karapetyan was a great experience. Im very pleased with the beautiful renovations and anticipate working with him again.

Excellent workmanship and customer service. My request was answered quickly, returned calls for scheduling, kept me informed if there were any changes. The work completed was great, very clean ...looked great. Andr was polite and very personable, cleaned up the work space ... excellent job!

Great company. They did a great job. The only thing I would change is the 3 percent charge fee on credit card transactions. I would hire again.
