Great guy takes good criticism willing to learn or take advice to better his work and he’s a great chef. I’ve had plenty of dishes from him and he just gets better and better

The food is absolutely amazing honestly there isn’t anything he can’t cook I’ve recommended friends, family, and coworkers and they absolutely loved the food. I have not been disappointed one time love the consistency.
