They worked hard and strategically to rebuild the stairs and a level deck on our very un-level house built on a steep hill. They were very conscientious about details, cleaned up their mess every day, replied quickly to texts and emails, showed up every day when they said they would, and their price was very fair. Ryan M. says, "Josh did a “soft” remodel for me on our old house while I was living three hours away at our new house. This distance presents difficulties and he helped me out the whole time understanding the challenges that existed for me trying to do something like this remotely. He did an interior refresh with everything from new textured walls and ceilings with new paint, installing new interior doors, closet upgrades, new trim throughout the house, new paint for exterior doors, painting a hearth, rebuilding a back porch, installing a new bay window, replacing all the soffits, and lots of other “smaller” stuff like drywall repair, installing new blinds, fixing cabinets and drawers, and I’m leaving out a lot of other things he did! Josh is an easy guy to work with and does a great job. He was easily available to talk or text with about the project. He took it upon himself multiple times to research and find cost effective fabrications and products that we needed to keep the job moving forward that wouldn’t break my budget. He has a good eye for aesthetics and I frequently just let him make those decisions. Fixing up a 75 year old house presents unique challenges and Josh was more than up to the task. If you need something repaired, need any type of remodeling, or new construction, I highly recommend you contact Josh before going with anyone else."See more
