I was totally impressed with Joe. He arrived on time and was upfront about what I realistically could expect in terms of stain removal. He made an extra effort to keep the house clean by wearing booties on his feet and wiping the hoses of dirt before dragging them across my carpet. The chair looked fantastic after the cleaning. It's clear that Joe takes pride in his trade and I would happily recommend his business to friends.

I originally contacted All New Again for some plumbing issues. Then I learned that All New Again serviced other areas as well. We have a huge mold/mildew problem in our master bath that's been around for 15 years and has gotten worse over time. Dan (plumbing) contacted me initially but Joel was the mold guy so they worked out their schedule to show up at my house at the same time for inspections. Dan, JJ and Joel came out when they said they would and all were friendly and professional. They checked out the problem areas and even went into our crawlspace to make sure there isn't a water valve down there (There wasn't but they informed us of the problems they saw down there). Then Dan was able to get our backyard water working again using a part that he stripped off of a freeze out faucet that he had in his truck. He didn't charge for anything other than the one hour minimum. We hadn't had water in our backyard for multiple years and no one could figure out why. I'm glad Dan was able to try something on his initial eval visit and get water going again! Joel provided us a lot of information about the mildew growth in our bathroom and what the solution would be. We decided to just go with a complete bathroom remodel since the bathroom is very dated and we've never been happy with it. All New Again does bathroom remodels too! The guys set us up with a project manager for our remodel job. Alex called the very next day and came out the day after, right when he said he would. I'm impressed with all of the guys from All New Again so far. They are all friendly and easy to communicate with. We will most likely be using All New Again for our remodel project and I will post another review afterwards!

Robert, owner of Hawaiian Construction, is amazing. Our townhouse had (what turned out to be) a long-standing roof leak which we only found out about because of a water spot on our LR wall/ceiling. Our association had folks out to tear out part of our wall and ceiling and fix the roof. Then they had 2 bidders come out for the recon work. Robert was the 3rd bidder - and the first to mention that there was obvious water damage at the base of the wall and probably mold behind it. For the next 2-3 months we fought with our association to get mold testing done, with Robert on our side telling us what the association should be doing. Finally the association relented, did the mold test...and we found mold up and down the wall. Without Robert's constant insistence and help, our association would have just sealed up the wall with the mold in it. As to the recon work, Robert insisted that painting just the ceiling and the 2 walls affected by the mold mitigation would not be enough. None of the inside walls had been painted in 13 years and he said (and many others have since agreed) that the other walls would not match the newly painted ones, even if using computerized paint matching. His quote called for all the walls in the "line of sight" to be painted, which ended up being about 2/3 of the house. His bid ended up being lower than the one the association got from a different contractor to just paint the ceiling and 2 walls!!! Robert and his team did a tremendous job on the recon work itself. They finished earlier than expected, did some extra work we asked for at a very good price, and did a better job than we could have hoped. Robert is simply a quality person. Every step of the way he only wanted us to get quality work done, regardless of who ultimately did the work. Probably 10 or 12 times during the bidding process he said "Write this down - make sure that whoever does the work does it thus and so way, otherwise you're going to have issues later on." His focus was always on doing things the right way. He's incredibly honest and candid - he'll tell you what needs to be done, but always in a way that let's you know he cares about you and getting the job done right. Robert and his wife Julie have been an absolute dream to work with. Any future work we need done, he'll be the first one we call. And I would recommend him and his company to any and everyone.

We called AdvantaClean to set up an appointment for an estimate on what it would cost for mold remediation in our attic, to my surprise they were able to come out that same morning. Terry explained what he was seeing and what they would do to fix it in detail. His pricing was great and were able to schedule us in to do the work in 2 days. The removal of the insulation took alittle longer than had been expected, but they stood by their quoted price. After the remediation was complete the attic looked great and past the home inspection wonderfully. I would highly recommend using AdvantaClean, A-1 in Customer Service.

We had Puredry come out to our house to remove and dry the mess that had A cured from a busted pipe in our basement. We had about 6" of water in our basement and pretty much ruined everything. Ben and one of his techs came out and started working right away. We appreciate there quick reaction time, expertise and the care they put into our disaster. They still contact us every once in a while to make sure that we do not smell any dry rot or mold. Our project is finished. We definitely recommend Puredry for any issues like we had.
