We got multiple bids for our master bathroom remodel and we went with ATG Built for a couple reasons.Their pricing was competitive and the estimate that Max provided had line items for every part of the process and was very detailed.Once we were under contract, Liliya was very helpful with our design decisions.Max was great as our project manager. He communicated with us all the time as construction moved along, including providing us progress photos and calling us to discuss items when we were out of town.Plumbing and electrical sub-contractors were timely and very professional. They, along with ATGs own trades did a fantastic job.There were a couple of surprises once the walls and floors were opened up, and the owner came out to talk through best option(s) for resolution at reasonable change order amounts.No unexpected costs with final invoice because any add-on $ was agreed upon in the moment, so we were very happy with that aspect of the overall project.We love our new bathroom and project came in a week ahead of schedule.We have already referred ATG to other friends who are needing a high quality, professional contractor at reasonable pricing.
