Coach Z is well versed in his education with nutrition, kinesiology, and exercise science. He pushes you while encouraging you. He's been training my bf and I for a couple of months now and we have seen amazing results and improvement. He doesn't just focus on the weight he takes the time to really make sure you're doing the exercises correctly and looking at the long term goal. Coach also wants to make sure you're personal goals, outside of the physical, and ensure those are met too and he also wants to help with those. He's an exceptional trainer with years of experience. I have been going to Stoneway Crossfit for slightly over a year now. I just feel bad that I did not know about them a little earlier in my life. I thoroughly enjoy working out here. I like their class limits and friendly coaches who give everyone one on one attention. Very motivational people all around including fellow workout mates. I would recommend all my friends to join here if only they were not lazy. I can ask all kind of questions to Coach Scott and he has the experience to answer them. I am working on a nutrition program with Coach Scott and looking forward to the same results I had with working out at Stoneway.
Frances has been perfect for me during my transition from competing in Triathlon's to taking a few years off from the sport. She is very knowledge in all phases of life nutrition and most importantly understands there are many ways to approach nutrition and is willing to change her recommendations as the persons goals change. Paul is an outstanding and knowledgeable trainer and nutritionist who I have recommended to many friends. He's able to create custom fitness and meal plans based on your personal goals and requirements. Before I started working with Paul I injured my neck and would experience a lot of pain after I did weight training. Paul was able to recommend physical therapy exercises to help heal my injury, and then he created a workout plan tailored to my body to help avoid inflaming my injury. It allowed me to meet my goal of building muscle without aggravating my neck injury. He also crafted a nutrition plan that worked for me, based on my dietary preferences and ideology. He worked with me to modify the plan and would check in with me regularly to ensure I was sticking with it. If there was something I didn't like about the plan he would adjust it so I enjoyed it more, ensuring I hit my goals.

Hannah’s no-nonsense approach to training is perfect for those who are serious about reaching their fitness goals. She is attentive to individual needs, not only able to provide guidance not just in the gym, but at the table too with a customized nutrition plan to compliment workouts. Hannah is meticulous in perfecting form, while also pushing to bust through plateaus with varied workouts to attack each muscle group. At the same time, she is mindful of any injuries one may have, and is never stumped for an alternative way to get the same workout in. Respectful, yet direct, she will keep you accountable for what you put into the gym without completely destroying your soul, encouraging you to dig deeper to push out that one extra rep, or rally for that last set to make it the best set.
