Nolan and Shawn were punctual, professional and did a great job troubleshooting a tricky lighting fixture install as well as taking care of a few other odds and ends. Recommended!
Doug is very knowlegeable and jumped right in on helping with design ideas for our lighting upgrade. His installation was perfect. He is a great asset to have for any electrical projects.
Outstanding work. He was on time. He is organized, neat and meticulous. I had 5 IKEA furniture items assembled. Mario worked non-stop and got it all done. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Worked on Ceiling, and Deck over the ceiling, to find and fix a roof leak, then replaced ceiling drywall. Excellent work. They put a they also did Recessed Can Lighting and installed a fan and set of track lights. Excellent work. Also did some odd repair jobs on a Shower Stall (leaking - fixed), and a lot of Deck-work (replacing waterlogged panels and replacing fence work and boards, etc). All together very good work, very clean and polite and professional. Young guys with lots of energy and creative thinking. Better at contracting work than the odd jobs. Being locals to the Eastside, they know where all the resources are, and of course excellent communication skills. Highly recommend.
Eric did an excellent job on our interior door installation project. He arrived on time and finished the project within the estimated time and exceeded our expectations. I gave 5 stars for the quality of work he has completed as well as for being very friendly/polite the whole time. I will definitely work with him again in the future.
The Yard Guy is likely the most expensive option in the area. But we believe the professional service, timely execution and helpful attitude make them the right choice. We needed a full yard service in the Roy/McKenna area in less than a week. They not only scheduled us, they did a beautiful job. When we asked for a painter contact in the area to help with some interior paint touchups, they were able to help us within the short time frame. We highly recommend The Yard Guy!
Jeff is a professional, he is honest, knowledgeable and takes pride in doing his job. He even pointed out to us how we could save money on the job. He did our bathrooms, extended our laundry room and installed moldings throughout the house. Thank you Jeff we heartily recommend you. Suzette & Peter
We were getting ready to start a full kitchen remodel along with adding a two car garage and a covered deck. I really did not know where to start in the design for the lighting. Garrett Davis was exceptional at coming up with a design that wasvery pleasing to look at and in our budget. When their crew started work they showed up on time and were very clean and courteous. We are very happy with the results!
Robert came by on short notice and installed 2 interior handrails. He did a beautiful job!

Thank you "Lopez Remodeling" I would hire you again for any new project needed.....
Terry was absolutely the best. Efficient, knowledgeable, on time, reasonable price, friendly, and did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem and fixing it !!! I will call him with any handyman job I have and I encourage you to do the same! He repaired some plumbing and installed a light fixture. I couldn't be happier! Martha T Issaquah
Seth was fantastic. He installed the sliding mirror doors in our entry, put in a new faucet in our kitchen, installed bases under the washer dryer, built 2 nightstand & finished installing lighting & shelves in our IKEA closet system...all in 4.5 hrs. I'm hiring him to come back in 2 wks to install grab bars, put up a window blind & finish cabinet door installation. He does a great job & does not waste time. Worth every penny.
Eric went above and beyond to build new walls in my basement so that it could be divided into two functional bedrooms with closets. He had great ideas for design and cost saving alternatives. The work included but was not limited to planning, design, framing, electrical, and drywall (hanging sheets to texture).
Excellent project vision. High quality work. On time, on budget. Great Communicator. We hired Mike to put in a new staircase in our 1924 craftsman home which required cutting open the floor, creating a new load bearing support wall, matching the rise and run of the staircase to land where we specified (not an easy feat), adding lighting, railings, and insulating and sheet rocking the entire thing. All in a fairly confined space where he had to navigate around gas lines, our garage door, a very choppy cement garage floor to build off of, and under floor radiant heating. The final result far exceeded our expectations, especially given that we had no architectural plans, just a vision. Mike was gracious and patient with us, coming over four separate times to listen to our ideas on the project and work with us to develop a vision of the final product. There are many things we appreciated about working with Mike, a few that stand out: Quality of the work: We let Mike know from the start that we were putting in the staircase only so that we could sell our house. Another contractor might have done just an 'OK' job knowing that we wouldn't have to live with the results. It's clear that Mike and his team take great pride in their work because they were absolutely meticulous; adding detail trim and thoughtful touches. The construction was extremely solid, and for a house that is 90 years old, I have no doubt that staircase will be there 90 years from now. Communication: Anytime I texted or called Mike, I got a very prompt response. He kept us updated on the project progress throughout. We feel like he really listened to us all the way through. If he wasn't sure about a particular detail, he was humble enough to say so and he got us an answer as soon as possible. Thoughtfulness: Mike and his team showed an abundance of care at my house, leaving everything cleaner than they found it. I had no worries whatsoever handing over the keys to my house to Mike and his team. They were very respectful, true professionals, and just very nice people to be around. My only regret is not hiring Mike to do the staircase right after I purchased the house rather than right before I plan to sell it. Thanks Mike & Team!
Kurt Krinke is the handyman Ive hired on four different projects with excellent results. A third party told me he was good. That was an understatement. His work is neat, precise, and done with the care for the client. Before beginning he arranged a schedule and outlined his charges. He arrived promptly. The first project was the installation of an Allure Resilient Vinyl floor in the kitchen. Kurt described pattern options, how the difference in the new material would affect the replacement of the molding, and the way he would work. His experience showed in the methodical way he worked, with attention to detail, and virtually no wasted material one piece left over. The floor is beautiful, adding visual warmth to the room. An excellent job in just few hours. The second was a minor remodel of a laundry compartment in a bathroom. The size of a new washer and dryer required re-hanging or replacing a pair of sliding doors. Kurts initial approach appeared to match my ideas. However, I changed my mind, and Kurt was accepting of that. When he returned with materials, he had chosen tasteful, functional hardware which turned the half-day, creative project into a neat, convenient, pleasant-looking laundry area. Project three: a pantry built into a wall between studs with a door left over from project two. Kurt listened carefully to the idea, but before making any suggestions he took several measurements and scanned the wall for any hidden problems. His approach again was imaginative, and with pad in hand, he drew a sketch of what he would recommend and why. Kurt made sure the door-swing would be handy and miss the ceiling fixture. He purchased suitable materials and finished the project in a day. Even though the work had to be done in the house in cramped quarters, Kurt not only collected dust as he created it, he cleaned the area when done. The pantry turned out far beyond what I had envisioned and was completed in the same day. I am completely satisfied. Lastly, because of changes in carpeting, three different doors had to be trimmed to eliminate drag; two hinged doors, and a bi-fold. Kurt approached that task confidently, and did the work with a table saw he brought to the house. All work well now and done in about an hour. He is currently designing a bed frame for me, which is a project this handyman will really get into. Every once in a while someone comes along who really fits his or her profession, people who love their work, welcome challenges, and take pains toward excellence. Kurt impresses me as one of those people; hes solution-minded, client-oriented, as well as a knowledgeable, skilled craftsman. I recommend him without hesitation or reservation.
Jeff came in and saved the day for me. I was getting work done on the house before putting it up for sale. Jeff came in and handled everything perfectly. He fixed issues with the interior paint job that were caused by the painters who came before him, removed the metal pillars of the pergola, performed caulking and vent/light installation in the bathroom, and painted the garage. He resolved any issues that came his way with ease and took responsibility and ownership for them. He was always punctual. I never had to worry about the job with him, I’d be at work and he’d be at the house working away. When the house went up on the market it was in such good condition that the buyers didn’t require any more work to be done. Jeff really was a savior for me, I’d highly recommend him, and I’ll be reaching out to him for whenever I need a handyman in the future.
