I hired him to remove part of an interior wall in my house. It was one of my first two projects after buying a house, and I feel lucky that I found such a great contractor right off the bat! I am looking forward to working with him for future home projects.

I did my garage conversion project with Melcham home. My goal was to make a office and gym room. It involves putting three new windows on existing wall, which involves temporary support of the floor above and putting relatively long header given the size of the windows, also installed glass block. then there were a break of 1-2months due to their popularity. Once his team comes back, they did electrical works as putting recessed lights and switches. they installed two interior prehung doors. they made two closets. They changed existing garage sliding door into single door, which involves removal of existing siding and new framing. lastly, they installed wood floor and did trim works and painting. In the end, they made beautiful rooms in a garage area. I highly recommend Melanie and Cham for any remodeling project. Cham was very respectful and punctual, very easy to work with. Thank you for the excellent job!
