Kong has been working on a few of our property for over 15 years. Throughout the years I have received other company bids but K landscape remain affordable with the quality work he give out! If you’re looking professionalism, affordable and the work quality is the same if not the best. Kong and his family is the person. I hired him years ago just on our family home in Redmond/Duvall area. I eventually contracted him with all of our rental properties. He currently does the monthly maintenance and mulching every season and install a few fencing on two of those house.

Kong and his family does a great job! He has been working on our yard for years. My husband had a few estimate and even one recommended by his friend. They were charging us over $15k, for our project! The prices was in range with all of our quotes! My husband was nowhere in agreeable to that, so I went searching. Funny story, I remember there was a landscaper that does the maintenance at our kids old school. I figured the prices must be decent for the school district to keep him. I drove out to Bellevue but I didn’t see this landscaper bummer and a few weeks later we were out in Bellevue and seen him at the school! Lol I told my husband to stop and ran across to get his info, Long story short, Kong has been doing maintenance at the Bellevue academy schools for some time. Our kid were there for about 5 years and he was there the whole time. We move out to Mercer Island for about 3 years now and he is still BCA school Landscaper! He came out and gave us an estimate that same day! So, when Kong daughter reached out and ask if I can do a review for them, of course! He came out and gave us an estimate for the horizontal wooden fence project. I will attached pictures, he was about $6k cheaper from all of the other competitors this was done in 2020. We didn’t mind about premium wood or not cause he assured us it will look nice. Thank you Kong, we love it! He also put new sod on our property, amongst a whole lot he did for our house! He is now our maintenance guy going on 4 years now. We just contracted him on all of our Airbnb properties. I asked Kong, why and how does he keep his prices affordable and if not open to negotiate? He responded and said it’s not about the money to him. He loves what he does and he believe keeping his prices affordable and having a great relationship with his clients give him more opportunities (through client referrals) and said, he is open to negotiating there is no job to cheap, or to rich is his wording. I believe his prices is definitely the cheapest. I don’t think anyone in the west coast can beat Kong prices and put the work he put in. When you hear affordable and cheap you think it’s going to be a sloppy job. Not Kong! You can see his work throughout King county, I think I have said enough! Even you need a landscaper and someone to complete your project, Kong is your guy! Affordable is one thing, you get quality work, professionalism, and he very respectful! The only issues I came across with Kong, is the language barrier. His English is a bit broken (You can still understand him) and he understands fully. The company is family owned and his sons and grandkids are his employees. If I need an answer to anything a quick email and his daughter will respond right away. He has not disappointed me! 10 stars all the way!

Worked on my back yard fencing and designed my yard and does my monthly maintenance great work for a fair price. I give Kong landscape a 5 star and will have him continue to work on my project around my yard.

I started sometime around 1983, working for another employer. This industry is all I know and I’m great at it.
