Best gym experience ever. We've been Strong Center members for five years. We are part of a small Team Training group. Yoga & spinning are among the many classes offered in the basic membership. A friendly low stress environment. Dave Ross is the best!
Hien's yoga classes are amazing. They are usually a slower pace and very healing. She pays a lot of attention to everyone's specific needs. Her class that I took was wonderful for mind and body restoration and rejuvenation.
Crissy has taught me Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Hatha is the basic entry level yoga, Vinyasa more advanced, and Yin a slower and deeper stretch. Personal favorites are Vinyasa for a good exercise/sweat and Yin for when I'm feeling tight in the hamstrings / lazy. She is very hands-on, outgoing and friendly, and overall excellent teacher who knows the sanskrit words and proper technique/alignments. The downstairs residential room is great for small and private sessions. Very conveniently located in Woodinville. Highly recommend.
I make it a point to try and go to every class Athena teaches. I smile my way through the flow and the uncomfortable poses. Her assists take my next yoga class deeper into the postures. Always appreciated.
I've worked with Bindia in the past at Microsoft and have always valued her as an effective leader at the company. Recently, I had the pleasure of being in one of her yoga classes and her approach to yoga and how it has impacted her life in such positive ways is inspiring. I have even greater respect for Bindia as a person, leader and mentor.
I've had some great yoga instructors and some poor ones. Jai rates as one of the best! Her approachable, friendly and inviting demeanor in addition to her skill and expertise changed the way I felt about yoga. I can't wait to take another class!
I have noticed a difference in my flexibility & balance as I get older. After reading about the benefits of yoga , I decided it's time for me to sign up. My first attempt at yoga classes failed, but my next attempt with Cecilia at INCLUDEYOGA was perfect. Cecilia is very patient and corrects my body positions. After only 8 classes, I can see a difference in my flexibility & balance. My husband attends class with me and has gained an inch of his height back. Yoga will always be a part of my life. I highly recommend "Hatha Yoga Basic Fundamentals" and "Yoga for ease/next 48 Yrs."

Ashley is the best yoga instructor I've ever practiced with! Her attention to form and education on all aspects of yoga make practice so much more filling, and she always takes the time to work individuals to bring them to the next level on their practice--even in large classes. I've learned more about myself and my practice because of her, and I'd recommend her to any yogi!
I have taken various yoga classes from Ellie Luna. She's bright and engaging and very skilled at yoga. She led me in a wonderful flow class that stretched and strengthened every part of my body. Her instructions are clear and coherent, and she pays personal attention to every student. After doing yoga for 30 years, I was finally able to stand on my head for the first time thanks to Ellie's help and support! I recommend her highly.
At the time of this review, Duygu has been teaching a group of us yoga for about 4 months. She has been professional, charismatic, and entertaining through each class we have had with her. Our group contains individuals with multiple skill levels and some with minor injuries which Duygu has been able to accommodate by suggesting modifications as needed. She pays attention and is careful to individual needs without sacrificing the quality of instruction. In addition to traditional Vinyasa yoga, she helps us explore new and interesting poses/practices and will incorporate those that we like into future classes. Most recently we learned how to use massage rollers/balls. I have seen marked improvement in her abilities as an instructor through the last 4 months and am happy she takes the initiative to continue her learning through various bootcamps/classes in her own time. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend Duygu as a yoga instructor for individuals and groups.
I have had the pleasure of taking both one-on-one and studio classes with Gina. She is a phenomenal teacher and guide. Her knowledge of our physical body is extensive and because of this she is able to convey both how and why accurately embracing our poses is so important for the longevity of our physical practice. More importantly however, in Gina's incorporation of the ethereal portion of yoga. Though her classes are difficult, she reminds us that yoga is so much more than exercise. Breath, awareness, stillness and connectedness are all intertwined in her practice and you leave feeling something more than just a workout.
I hired Josh to do a weekly private yoga class for elderly residents in my adult family home. He is very soothing and adapts his routines to their level of mobility and cognitive ability. He did such a great job that I also hired him to do a private session for myself weekly. He is very professional and takes time to correct and make sure you are doing poses in a healthy way for your body while also pushing your limits. I would definitely recommend his services to others.
Anu is one of the only Yoga Instructors I have recently met, who has deep knowledge of both Yoga and Ayurveda. Her passion for helping people is obvious by her actions. I certainly learned a lot from a few classes I took from her at Sikh Temple Bothell,WA. Great teacher, and mentor, above all awesome human being.
Chris is an amazing teacher! I have been attending her yoga classes for several years now and I find her instructions very easy to follow and very motivating. She is very patient with her students and she is great at encouraging everyone to focus on their body in order to get the maximum benefit from the class. She is always professional and punctual. She keeps everyone informed of the schedule and the cost of her classes are very reasonable.
The experience with Melissa has been great so far. My wife and I take Yoga classes with her, she is very knowledgeable and also her knowledge of general physical training is a great complement. Besides that, she is always cheerful, very perceptive and fun to work with!! We fully recommend her.
I took Jess's Restorative Yoga class and it was a great experience. Jess is an excellent instructor. She is patient and gentle, adjusting students positions in a quiet, unobtrusive manner. She seems very knowledgeable about anatomy and how yoga can address the specific needs of students. I have contacted her to set up a private home practice for me so that I can continue at home.
Jessica is a fantastic Yoga instructor! She is very aware of the different abilities of individuals in her classes and is great at offering suggestions to certain poses to make sure everyone gets the most out of the class. Would recommend to anyone!
