I asked about some other projects. Mindy and Dave were very flexible and gave me some ideas I hadn't thought about. We agreed on what to add to the contract and the price. They were able to come out the same week. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the work. In addition they asked if I would like them to trim trees and shrubs growing over the sidewalk - a nice bonus! Mindy and Dave cleaned up all debris. They were courteous and professional throughout the project."See more

The guys were on the job two days later and the work was done swiftly. They cleaned up the site and - except for the two stumps they removed - it was like they were never there. Family Lawn did a great job in removing a large multi stem bush and grinding and removing a huge abandoned tree stump and multiple 3"-6" tree roots from our yard. They were punctual and great communicators. They were open with pricing and shared directly with me the costs for additional equipment when the original plan for removing the stump and roots was not feasible. Would definitely use Thalia and Family Lawn Care again in the future.

Ryan was very nice to work with. He showed up on time and used some clever innovation to get his grinder into my yard without damaging anything. He had to break up some concrete before grinding and did it cheerfully and efficiently. All the stumps are completely gone. He also used his blower to clear away the chips.
