I have always struggled with my weight after having my kids, I have done weight watchers & Atkins, which I lost alittle but then would gain it back. I worked out when I could, but never knew if I was doing the excercises properly. My husband went on this site to view personal trainers for me in the area and Andie was on the top of our list. I e-mailed her as well as one other, and from her information and not feeling pressured to join with her made me at ease right away. The 1st time meeting with her I was nervous of what she would expect of me, but after talking with her I felt so much more at ease and excited to get started! She listened to everything I had issues with and foods I liked and made me a plan that I can deal with (I even get cheat meals to look forward too:) She makes the workouts fun and she keeps you motivated! I have not lost any weight(nor gained) which she explained not to focus so much on, but lost 6 inches so far in the 2 months I've been with her. Although I have a long way to go,I really look forward to the days I workout with her, and I leave there feeling accomplished and slowly better about myself.
Working with Jai was the turning point that I needed for my life. I used to be active as a college athlete with dreams of playing professionally, but end stage kidney failure ended those hopes. I was very discouraged, lost all hope that I could regain a sense of wholeness physically because I was limited. Years later I was blessed to receive a kidney transplant, but one medications that I was on increased my weight dramatically. I knew that there was something that needed to be done but I needed guidance. I went to the gym, but I was apprehensive due to all of my medical limitations. So I decided to get help and that is when I contacted Jai. The greatest thing with training with him is that he customized a specific routine according to my limitations that where I could see benefit to my body. Some trainers I observed ignore the status of their clients and try to push them into activity which would leave individuals like myself, discouraged and with the risk of getting hurt, but Jai LISTENS. He has such a unique way of challenging you through his creative methods of training and believe me... YOU WILL WORK! So don’t expect the experience to be a cakewalk. I love that can contact him for any of my nutrition needs and the cool thing is that he finds ways to make my nutrition work with my meds! His willingness to be available for his clients really impresses me. Well, as far as testimonials go, I came to him weighing 408 and now I’m 39 pounds lighter, while regaining my functional strength! I have more weight to lose, but I will get there. Having Connor as my Personal Trainer I have been able to increase my strength 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲. With professional help from Connor I learned how to lift with perfect form, adjust my sets/reps for different results, how each muscle works and is affected by each workout, but most importantly how to push myself for best results. Connor was very flexible with scheduling and is very understanding if plans may shift. Connor is unbelievably friendly and truly wants to see all his clientele succeed in the overall goal of being the best you can be and see the best results. Nate is an amazing personal trainer. He is sensitive to what me and my body needs and customizes my sessions to fit my goals. I enjoy every intense session. I've never loved working out this much even when I'm in pains. He makes sure I'm eating the right things in the right portions. And he plays country music during our sessions because he knows that's my favorite genre. He is awesome!!!

Dylan isn't the typical "personal trainer" who does his job to make money off of people and "wishes to see them succeed" but wants to keep them as clients for the money so badly that he makes them depend on him forever. Dylan is knowledgeable and uses his extraordinary techniques and incredible daily growing knowledge to set up all of his clients for success. He makes the clients independent and teaches them how to make the lifestyle changes they need to be successful in their goals for the rest of their life without needing a personal trainer for the rest of their life.

He is so good at what he does and is willing to personal each and everyone's training plan to suite their needs and their desires for a lomg term goal. When most people write a review about a personal trainer they talk about how much weight they lost and that's it. This review of N oel Is different because I gained so much more. Did I lose weight? Yes. But am I as skinny as I want to be? No. . And that's my fault. What I have gained by having Noel as my personal trainer is this. 1. I am in shape.I no longer get winded climbimg steps. Due to some age issues with a member of My family carrying a wheelchair is no longer an issue. I can do more situps And pushups than I ever thought possible. My balance has improved tremendously. .I always hated doing balance exercises until I broke my ankle and leg recently. Only then did I realize how much Noels balance exercises really mattered. 2. Most of all I am off all medication. 6 years ago I had heart surgery and had to take metoproprolol. After work with Noel for several months My cardiac condition improved so much that no medication is required. 3. With Noel I gained a sense of self worth. If you are the fat chick like me (I am over 200 lbs) I'm sure you've run into trainers who do not want to work with you or hsve you in class. Because a fat chick slows down the rest of the class. I have NEVER gotten that feeling with Noel. She encourages you to do your best and tells you you aredoing well evenif You can do 1 burpee. 4.Noel pays attention and I mean really pays attention. When someone in her class needed a modification she works with that person one on one to develop an exercise that works for them. If your form is off she will make a point of reshowing you the exercise in the correct form. Afraid of something like I am with TRX? Noel does it with me encouraging me all the way and doing it at My speed. 5.classes are different every day and they aren't boring. Are they hard and challenging? You betcha! But the classes are geared to be a challenge to yourself and your ability whatever that is. I can honestly say I never know what the next class may bring. That's part of Noels unique technique. Never dull always changing always challenging. 6. Noel makes you WANT to work out. Obviously I can't work out Right now and I'm feeling bummed about it because I truly love Noels classes. I have already told my orthopedic Dr that I want Noel to help me rebuild My ankle and leg strength when things have healed. Noel TAKES the time o know each and every one of her clients. I really wanted to write this review for Noel because I truly believe in her ability. . So much so that if you have any questions you are free to contact me. Give Noel serious consideration. You won't be sorry!
Kadeem is an awesome trainer. He is creative and motivating, and I really enjoyed working with him. I would recommend him to pretty much anybody, and I plan to work with him again soon. I've had many trainers, through a membership at a large gym. I know whether my trainer is concerned for my individual goals, and I know my body's responses to good and bad challenges. Kadeem is totally dialed in and always thinking about how to push, how to motivate, and how to get his people where they want to be. He is a strong personal coach, and it's a pleasure to recommend him.
Melissa is very efficient the way she plans our workouts! There's never time to just stand still. I mean cardio and strength training combined at times I just want to collapse but she pushes me through it so I can achieve my goals. She is an amazing motivator and trainer!!
I have had numerous personal trainers over the years, but none that can hold a candle to Monique. She never runs out of ideas for exercises or stretches for any issues with my body. She is smart about joint health and doesn't push exercises that are not good for everyone's joints. She makes working towards strength and health goals fun, and never have I stuck with a regular strength training program for over a year before!
Kristin Burud-Wood was professional in meeting our individual physical Fittness goals. Her training was challenging but the results were rewarding. She incorporated our total well-being as well as our limitations in adapting our workout routines. I had been working out on my own for almost 6 months without success before I started personal training with Karl. During the two months as my trainer, Karl created a fitness plan that focused on muscle toning and weight loss. I lowered by my body fat by over 4% in that time. Karl's workouts are very challenging, but customized to the trainee's strength and comfort level. Karl is punctual and very motivational! He will also hold you accountable to your workout and dietary plan.
I stated training with Ryan when he was an intern at the Waukesha YMCA. I am an individual who despised cardio workouts. Ryan continued to challenge me and we continued training. After about a year, I looked forward and enjoyed my cardio workouts and I ran my first 5k! For the past six months I have been working with Ryan through his on-line training and we have been very successful with this. I didn't believe I could wake up at 5:00 a.m. and be working out by 5:15 a.m.! I am NOT an early morning person. I felt so much better throughout the day and had more energy. Another component of our working together is addressing my bad eating habits. Ryan has continued to stick to it when it comes to entering a daily food log and positively changing my eating habits. Results were loss of inches, decreased my resting heart rate, I enjoy cardio workouts, my food choices greatly improved, I was fitter and stronger. I felt Tony Tiger "GGGGRRRRREAT"! I have trained with others before and what I liked most about this experience was that Joe was able to explain every exercise and stretch for me. I was no longer just doing exercises because someone said it worked for them once, Joe was crafting exercises that he knew would target specific areas of my body. I have bad joints and having a trainer who knows how to best work an exercise routine around these kind of issues has been amazing.
I have been training with Jason for the past 2 years now, and believe that with his help I have been able to achieve a positive change in my appearance. When I met Jason, I was highly unmotivated, had very poor body muscles and I was very weak strength wise. Today I see a great improvement in my resistance and in my ability to complete the challenging sessions we have every week. I am happy for the level of wellness and fitness I have achieved at my age! Jason has been very encouraging, dedicated, flexible and is very knowledgeable in his profession. I highly recommend Jason to anybody looking to improve their fitness and wellness.
Jennifer is a great trainer. She gets what women want. We don't want to waste time on fluff.. We want methods that work and work fast. I take her classes and train one on one. She knows how to sculpt your body and she always has new things she's researched and etc. Best thing is she's just fun , professional , I can trust her. I look forward to me workouts. I leave wiped out , but feeling soooo good.
I have worked with a number of trainers and she is in my list of the top two best. She truly takes an interest in you and what your goals are at any given time. She has never been one of those "yeah you pay me for my time, and what " type of trainers. I have been with those types and never got a result.
