Super nice guy that showed up early, was amazingly helpful, rolled with the punches and delivered a great product! I highly recommend!
Ann presented the keynote address on "Overcoming Overload" to the participants at our University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire professional development day. It was a spot on message and was presented in a professional and approachable way. Not only was the message understandable but she gave specific challenges to those present that they could take away and put into practice to improve both professional and personal lives. The keynote address is our first event of the day and the humor and motivational boost that Ann provided was an excellent way to start the day and set us up for a very successful event.
I am the author of Mirages and Flashbacks: Reflections of a Front-Line Gulf War Marine. The book was edited by Joyce Gilmour. The first thing that impressed me about Mrs. Gilmour was her writer-editor/ team-concept method of editing. I would email her sections of the manuscript which she downloaded, printed, edited and express-mailed back to me. She not only made accurate corrections in the text, but added helpful comments, notes and questions in the margins which caused me to think and led to a bantering of ideas back and forth between us about how to make some sentences and paragraphs more understandable and concise and make my work a better book as a whole. I would thereafter make the corrections and send her an email responding to the comments and notes and answering her questions, often submitting to her questions of my own. She would usually return my emails within a matter of hours and never more than a day or so later. The second thing and equally as important with which I was impressed was her editing abilities. She caught even the most miniscule of grammatical and language-usage errors and assisted me with combining paragraphs and rewriting awkward sentences. She also helped me with big-picture things such as ensuring events were in the right sequence, that disjointed parts were reworked so that they flowed, and that paragraphs and sections would make sense to targeted readers. She did all of this while working within my writing style and without altering any of the themes of the book. I was very pleased with Mrs. Gilmours efforts. I highly recommend her as an editor and I intend to retain her for my future books.
I had a special writing project for an online profile and was looking for a writer with a creative and unique approach - Mandy delivered! At every point throughout the project, Mandy was always prompt in her responses, very professional and provided sincere and effective feedback. I would highly recommend Mandy, whether it is for creative writing or her other services; you can rest assured you're working with a professional that will exceed your expectations! Thank you Mandy!
I have seen Tammy work hard with students and I know she has worked with professional offices and is always one that you can depend on to be honest, professional, and a great addition to your staff. She impressed me with helping to meet everyone's needs. I don't know that anyone could do it better!
Sue has free-lanced for me for about 15 years. Her work is always excellent, accurate and on-time. She is capable of writing well on many subjects, but above all she is thorough and pleasure to work with. I continue to hire her and she is among the best writers Iâve found. You cannot go wrong with Sue!
It has been a pleasure working with Bastiaan. I stepped in the middle of someone else's project and he was extremely helpful and accommodating to the new direction. Our new website has had rave praises, have a look at www.BlueSkyMassage.com. Having the internal control to make some changes ourselves was exactly what we were looking for. Yet we still have the support needed for the technical stuff.
As a recent college graduate with no experience in my field, I needed some serious help with my resume. My finished resume exceeded my expectations, and landed me a great job. Sean has also helped a number of my family and friends. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great resume or career advice.
Alexander Gish and Tim Fell of Greater Galaxy did an amazing job of updating my website! They are easy to work with and always willing to make changes if needed. Love collaborating with Greater Galaxy on other projects as well. They have volunteered their time to help out other entrepreneurs and small business owners and are always willing to answer questions. I highly recommend Greater Galaxy for your website and other tech needs!
I’m writing this letter to recommend Sarah Dorfman for your current employment opportunities. When I was the Marketing Manager at The Wharf Marketplace in Monterey, California, I hired Sarah to write for the website, menus, and marketing materials. She is an excellent writer and detailed editor; a combination I was having trouble finding. After working with Sarah on those projects I realized her skills in other areas that I was becoming too busy to handle. She set our social media in motion and was not only successful at growing our likes and followers, but she was great at starting conversations and getting people to interact with our brand. At the time The Wharf Marketplace was a new business and Sarah had a major role in helping us stay on brand, gain loyal customers, earn the respect of fellow business partners. Sarah was very valuable to me, and I’m confident you would have the same results. Sincerely, Carrie Crook Former Marketing Manager for The Wharf Marketplace, Monterey, California. 2013-2015
