Michelle S. says, "I called a couple companies to get estimates because I needed PVC pipe to be run from the sump pump down approximately 10 ft and vented outside of my house. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out to give me an estimate. Two individuals came out, assessed the situation one of them then mentioned that they also clean vents. I told him that I was not interested he then said he would do it as a courtesy (he never followed up on this). When Karus (plumber) arrived the next day, he was on time and I could tell he was focused and wanted to get right to work. When Karus completed the work, he showed me how he ran the pipe from the sump pump to the outside. Karus cleaned up the area before he left. He was very professional and pleasant to be around. I would recommend Karus for future plumbing issues."See more

Andrea Chambliss says, "I had a plumber come out and give me a $695 estimate to auger my clogged sewer line indoors and $6000 to clean out the sewer line from the house to the street. I went to Angis and they recommended Subterranean plumbing. They were polite and came within the agreed upon time frame. They scoped the leading up to toilet upstairs and found a blockage. They gave me a reasonable price and he went to work. He explained potential problems in the future with such old pipes. Michael was an excellent worker and I am so pleased to now have working toilets and now I can use my newly installed shower."See more

Had a sewer backup in the basement. Joe arrived on time and cleared out the drain. He also discovered what caused the backup. It was w sagging drain pipe that was installed wrong several years ago. He returned the next day with a crew and real;aced the pipe. The job entailed breaking the concrete floor and digging out the ground to the depth of the pipe, replacing the pine, relocating the drain and an access point, then backfilling the dug out area and pouring are cement. This job was done in one day. The cost was very reasonable for both activities. I highly recommend them The new piping and drain has a 10 year warranty.

On a Saturday night, Sunday morning, and Monday morning, the team from Plugged Pipes, LLC, were available to assist in my drainage issues. Evidently, flushable wipes are NOT TO BE FLUSHED down any toilet drain...EVER! When the team left Saturday night, they returned bright and early on Sunday to get the clogs out of the main sewer line with a hydro jetter. On Monday they came to assist with other line blockages and clogs and gave me great advice to prevent future clogs. Very kind, professional, and humorous through all of the events and debacles. Would recommend to anyone, especially for these old houses with old pipes!

Vic has a great work ethic, which was a joy and is rare to find in this day and age. Let’s face it we are living in crazy times with the pandemic and all, yet I felt totally safe with Vic in my home, he was respectful, courteous and wore a mask covering nose and mouth covered the whole time he worked on this project. Project: replaced a crumbling metal rusted drain pipe for my bathroom sink, (which turned into a project of its own...and he rose to the occasion with the best solution) and replaced 2 shut off valves for the bathroom sink. He also installed a new faucet for the wash tray in the basement. Great job! I felt his price was very reasonable. He is the first person I’ve EVER hired using an App, so overall, this was a great experience and I would hire him again.
