- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every new customer gets a free fitness consultation which includes: -Health History -Light fitness evaluation -Diet analysis and meal planning -Goal Setting -Circumference measurments -Starting weight -Workout Schedule
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my degree in Exercise Science and Business from Northern Arizona University. I have experience working with professional and collegiate athletes. I have been a personal trainer with the general population since 2012 and started my own personal training business in 2016.
