Eva & Henry Dubois, of Shifting Years Health and Fitness, simply put are the best trainers I have ever worked with. They are so experienced in fitness training, they will scale the training to the beginner, intermediate like me, or advanced like my son. I have always been impressed after workouts with them, but nothing compares to the job they did training my son for his black belt test. Eva not only trained him, one on one, but also counseled him on proper nutrition, with Henry assisting along the way. My son was noticeably leaner, faster and stronger, after being trained by team Dubois. I highly recommend them for any fitness training or counsel!
I am so excited to be working with Michael again! I have worked with him before and was completely satisfied with his training abilities and amazed at how motivating he was. I am back now post-baby and really looking to shape up! Michael is knowledgeable, has great advice and listens to what i am saying. I've followed two of Supersoliders routines, most recently a 6 week routine that I am in the final week of. The results have nothing short of phenominal, I was actually able to cosplay as a musclebound superhero at a Comicon convention and be told I had the perfect body type to pull it off. I look forward to continuing training under him and seeing how far I can go.

Mami is the perfect trainer for new moms wanting to lose baby weight or recover abdominal strength after a c-section. She knows so much about how your body needs to recover from pregnancy and works at a good pace to prevent injury. After a month I already see improvement in my strength and stamina and the best part is that I can bring my baby!

Martha is an exceptional trainer. I have been with her for about three weeks, working out with her 2 days a week and I can tell a difference in my strength and beginning to show definition. I greatly enjoy the workout sessions. Martha has your best interest at heart and is very encouraging. She expects 100%, but she gives the same and you feel great afterwards and look forward to the next session. The training that Bj offers is outstanding! The strength I've personally gained from it was more than physical strength. I started working with Kevin a couple years, originally just to get into better shape and lose some weight. He guided me through routines, habits, strengths and weaknesses throughout the whole process, and pushed me to get better results all along. I've continued to work with him on diet and strength training. In my time working with him, he's been able to get me to push myself and my goals; I've lost over 18lbs, dropped 2 pant sizes, and lost 4% body fat. I love working with him and will continue to, I would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent trainer/coach!
I've been working out at Phase Gym for almost a year and it's been wonderful. I am the kind of person who needs accountability and won't just do it on my own. I feel lost at the large gyms. Adam is very knowledgable and attentive, he really focuses on the entire experience of weight loss (diet and working out) I still in the beginning stages of my workout plan, but so far I feel a lot stronger and starting to feel improvement in my core strength, muscular endurance, and some body shaping. I would highly recommend !!!!
Boomer is a great teacher and friend. he helps you understand how things are done and why. as i have found out these things are very important to your well being. when i was working with him at 24e i really gained strength and stamina. boomer is full of knowledge that will help you become fit and gain strength. very good person to work with.
