I walked into Shaping U Fitness 6 weeks ago, fed up with how things were, knowing that I needed a change, not just a quick fix but a lifestyle change. Brad was super helpful with explaining the meal plan. Everything makes sense, and it won’t break the bank.
The trainers have worked me hard, pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. I went from having to convince myself to go in during the initial two weeks to looking forward to going after work. The woman who walked into the gym 6 weeks ago is gone, replaced by a stronger, more confident woman.
It’s a relatively small gym with group training sessions. Everyone is very encouraging and helpful. I know the “regulars” for my preferred time slot, not something I got from a larger gym. And when I missed one of my regular days the accountability coach would check in on me. I really feel like part of the Shaping U family.
My 6 week challenge may be over, but I’m not done. I highly recommend Shaping U!
