My favorite thing about Brandon is that he doesn't make you feel like an idiot!! HA!! Personal trainers can be very intimidating, but he is very patient, encouraging, and motivating without making you want to cry. (the tears come the next morning when you can't get out of bed...hahaha) Every session was a full body workout and I saw results faster than I ever imagined, doing exercises that I had told myself over and over for years I couldn't do!! He pushes you, but also let's you take a break when he knows you need it. He is a lot of fun and I proudly recommend him to anyone!!
