I had the privilege of working with Victoria on a recent listing of mine. She was hired to come in and preform a redesign utilizing the furniture and accessories that were already in the home. Prior to the pictures and videos I met Victoria and the owners at the home and I was amazed at what she had created. She has a spectacular eye for design and is incredibly creative. She worked an entire afternoon with the owners and turned their home into a stunningly beautiful and show ready masterpiece. A couple things I really like about Victoria is she understands that all clients are different and she adapts to them and their feelings. Real estate is an emotional business for sellers and buyers and she really is in tune with that. Also she try's at all cost to not spend money unless it is absolutely necessary. She also does all the work herself which saves her clients a tremendous amount of money. Victoria is an incredibly energetic, enthusiastic, honest, thoughtful and positive person who takes ownership of her work and wants you to succeed in getting the highest price possible for your home. Staging and redesign is one of the most important things you can do to add value to your home during the listing process. Lenny was very quick to respond to my request. He was able to work my house in between other jobs and quickly remove baseboards and a ceiling fan which I needed removed for an upcoming kitchen remodel. He cleaned up after his work and even complimented the work done so far on my house (other contractors have negatively commented on work done by others which can be very frustrating); Lenny was very positive which I appreciate. He did a great job for a great price! I would recommend his services and will hire him again.

My wife and I moved into our home 10 years ago coming from apartment life. After having two kids and 10 years worth of accumulating stuff, our home was a mess- nothing had a 'place' and things were cluttered everywhere. It was so overwhelming that we didn't know where to even start to get it together. Kirsten came in and created a planned and phased process to get it completed. We literally took each room apart one at a time, removed the items we didn't need, and reassembled the rooms in an organized and ergonomical fashion. Her knowledge of organization and storage systems was an invaluable help. She is knowledgeable, action-oriented, organized (obviously), and has an incredible amount of endurance and patience to handle any task. She took the time to explain the organization of the kids' rooms to them in a way that was easy for them to understand, and let them help in the organizing process, which really made them feel good. I would absolutely 100% recommend Kirsten to anyone who needs better organization in their home or help with de-cluttering. The service she provided was well above and beyond what I would have ever expected her to do, including taking items to Goodwill, buying the storage items herself, and even coordinating the sale of some items that had any value. I am standing in a clean and organized home again thanks to Kirsten, and it would not have happened without her knowledge, help and guidance. She is a great person to work with. Coco was referred to us by great friends who had a home in our community that Coco sold for them. Her interior design team quickly updated my friends property & put it on the market to sell. She sold my friends home in 4 days of being on the market so I was intrigued. We live out of the state & had a tenant in our home, so we really needed an agent who was going to be on top of things since we were not here. After a conversation with Coco we decided to let her sell our home after the tenant moved. The tenant began having issues finding a place to move to, so Coco stepped up & found our tenant a new home in 2 days. The tenant moved quickly & then Coco & her design team updated our home. While they were in the process of updating it, Coco brought a buyer to the property that ended up going under construction prior to the remodel being completed. From listing our home, until it closed, there was a total of 31 days. Coco is beyond exceptional!
