- What types of customers have you worked with?
Results Health and Fitness has primary 2 types of memberships: general membership in which the member can enjoy the facility during all operational hours and participate in all of the classes or they can choose to have an expert personal trainer design each workout. Either way the member will lose weight fast, gain muscle and be part of a fun and motivational atmosphere.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
EDUCATION A personal trainer should be educated with a degree in exercise science or a related field and have a current national certification. CPR and First Aide Certification Experience: Your trainer of choice should have experience in line with your fitness goals. Assessment and Fitness Evaluation: Your trainer should be aware of any physical alignments and medications you are currently taking, as well as your fitness goals. Motivation: Your trainer is the driving force to help you achieve your fitness goals so be certain to choose one that is a good communicator and is energized by your success. RESULTS: How does your trainer track your progress? There must be tangible measurements on a regular basis such as weight and body fat loss, increase in strength, increase in speed etc. Personality: You are the most important factor in this equation so it is imperative that you are motivated by your trainer and are at a comfortable level of trust.
