Apparently I needed new ducting from the back of the dryer to the vent, and not just a good cleaning. Had I known ahead of time, I would have purchased it and had it ready. Instead, the guys kindly went out to purchase one for me. This made the cost more than I expected but at least the work was done quickly and thoroughly.

I became concerned about mold in my ducts after suffering from some fairly serious health issues for months. Their team was super responsive and came out and took care of the problem quickly and taught me so much! They will be returning to clean the coils in a few days as well to prevent any future mold issues. Lots to learn as a first time homeowner but they were helpful and made me confident in my ability to solve the issues affordable.
