I trained with Carolyn for over a month when I used to live in Tempe. She is great with the kind of exercise she makes you do, depending on your body type. She gave me some great tips on eating right. She does Yoga and I do Yoga a lot. I improved some of my Yoga poses while training with her. She is very passionate about fitness and gives her best while training you. I enjoyed training with her.
LOVED ,LOVED ,LOVED Donna !! I would recommend her in a heart beat . Tonight my family and I completed our first yoga class ever! I'd have to say it was so fun ,energizing and rewarding . Donna was amazing at instructing and educating us on yoga. She led my family step by step in such an encouraging way. From our first communication with each other she answered all my questions very promptly and through . She was flexible with class times and showed up right as planned . At no time did I feel pressured to hire her or guilty for not . Donna is a very genuine caring person and it definitely shows . I look forward to our next classes
Autumn provided a private yoga class for my friends and I while on a girls trip in Scottsdale. Her style and instruction are impeccable. She was accommodating to our location, skill level, and music style (awesome play list), and provided all eqipment. All of my friends couldn't stop raving about the experience. We all walked away feeling relaxed and with tips to use in our yoga journey. We simply loved Autumn. You could not go wrong hiring Autumn!!!
I've taken Donna's yoga and barre classes. She's a fantastic teacher! Her peaceful demeanor creates a perfect safe space for the practice of yoga, and her barre classes are a killer workout! She's an amazing teacher in large and small classes, as well as one-on-one. Go take her classes!
Natalie is THE yoga teacher....that one teacher you eventually find that makes you understand what yoga is for me. For me, it's not about "yoga butts" or $110 leggings or doing the most convoluted pretzel shape in class (though it will work your body and increase your flexibility like nobody's business!). Natalie does an amazing job gently emphasizing that time on your mat is deeply personal. She offers tons of variations so nobody feels left out. She cues perfectly, which makes class smoother and easier to follow. Because of Natalie, I can get something out of any yoga class I visit, whether she is there or not. Natalie changed my yoga and my yoga changed me.
Danielle is an excellent instructor. Her attention to detail and method of instruction is both professional and calming. She ensures proper posture and technique with each step of instruction. I would recommend her to anyone looking for yoga instruction from beginner to advanced levels.
Terri is very knowledgable in areas including yoga, mindfulness and an eastern approach to energy, health and happiness. She is patient, kind and brings a sincere desire to help others. I would highly recommend her!
I have a scoliosis, and wanted to get some yoga instruction to help it. I have no experience with yoga. I found Janet and took some private lessons with her. What made her stand out was that she also had a scoliosis which she corrected a lot of. I liked having an instructor who succeeded, not getting an instructor that would simply show me some poses. Janet also knew what poses I needed to do, and was patient at showing me. She is affordable in costs. During her lessons, she gives a lot, and has a lot to teach. Sometimes it was too much to digest it all. Shortly after beginning instruction with her, I was in Las Vegas, doing a lot of walking. I pulled something in my left thigh/hip area. I could hardly stand or walk without pain. After I found a quiet place, I started doing some of Janet's stretches for a while. The pain was greatly reduced. By the next day, I was totally fine and didn't feel any discomfort.
I especially appreciated the patience and attention she provided to me as someone trying yoga for the first time. Further as someone recovering from an injury she took care to ensure I did not put myself in a position that might aggravate the injury.
Mercedes Glendon is an outstanding yoga instructor with a love for her work. For me (someone who is just restarting her yoga journey) , it was challenging enough to where she encouraged you to push yourself and your body to a point of great appreciation for your body's ability but also still focusing on calming and relaxing your muscles and your mind. The yoga techniques and exercises truly leave you less stressed than when you came in especially with the amazing essential oils used for her massages! Thanks for such a great experience!
Teaches an excellent Yoga Flow class, her class is never boring, she is in tune with the students energy and adjust class as needed.
Love being able to do yoga in my own home! Amanda is great and leading me through prenatal yoga sessions!
I love Natalia! She is a wonderful teacher with a perfect yoga voice. Her energy and commitment to each practice is very rare. I practiced yoga through all my pregnancy with her and I am still in after birth. You will not be disappointed and if you don't love yoga yet you will!!!
I am finishing up my yoga teacher training. I will be a 200-hour registered yoga teacher in September. I have a passion for yoga and helping others.
I am a yoga teacher with a serious run addiction! I run as many marathons and ultras as I can, using yoga to keep myself injury free. I believe every runner needs yoga to keep them injury free and on the road or trails!
Development of inner self, the consciousness has all the knowledge about yourself and, of course, the power of healing any kind of problems because it can dissolve karma.
