Latest Review: I have been training with Sophia twice a week for 3 months now, and even in 3 months, I've seen major improvements in all aspects of my fitness (increase in strength, endurance, agility, and flexibility, as well as weight loss). She tailors the sessions to fit my goals and draws on a range of varied movements to keep things interesting and challenging, while being sensitive to functional issues like pain or injury. Along those lines, she appropriately focuses on maintaining proper form to help avoid injury, and is willing to explain why a particular form, movement, or exercise is important. She is always on time, prepared, focused, and professional, but is still personable and importantly, maintains a sense of humor. I also value highly that she communicates the important role of nutrition, and provides guidance on what I should be contributing on my own time, whether it's an additional cardio session during the week, or even printouts detailing the workouts she devises for me to repeat. If you're looking for someone to help you reach your fitness goals, I can't imagine a better option.
