I only have good things to say about Matt. I have been training with him for the last 6 years. He is a total professional and a great guy! His workouts are challenging and each session is different, so I never get bored. He has a very flexible schedule so it is easy to find times that work for both of us. Matt has helped me make fitness a priority in my life!
My Friend Dj Nunez has done a great job training me and working me out. He always knows what he is doing and always have alternatives to workouts when things do not go as planned. I am a collegiate football player and Dj Nunez's training has really benefited me in my sports career.
Training with Nadine has been a life changer. In two months I am feeling much happier & more confident about my body and the group environment has introduced me to great new friends & helped with my social anxiety. I'm in my late 40's , previously fit but had been spiraling downward with regard to diet and exercise. Have been training with d-rock for the last few weeks at my home and it has been a great experience. He has varied high intensity workouts that utilize multiple disciplines: hiit/ sprints / bw exercises/ wt training. He is also working with me with regard to diet and acting as my "conscience" which is needed ( especially at the beginning). On a personal level he is friendly , with an easy manner. He is to focused and interested in helping his client achieve success. Appears that it is more than just a job for him. He is punctual and reliable as well.
I absolutely love training with Carolyn. I have been training with her for years, and if I am correct I started training in 2002 give or take and have been training with her off and on since then. She has taught me how to choose the right foods to eat depending on my fitness goal. I highly recommend Carolyn to anyone who is looking for a trainer. She really listens to your needs and will go over and beyond to ensure you meet your goals.
Andrea has really helped me get back on track. I needed direction with a fitness plan for strength training and nutrition. She has helped me achieve both. I'm feeling stronger and overall better in these few weeks. I have also struggled with sleeping and this new program with Andrea has helped sleeping at night. I highly recommend Andrea as she listens and can recommend a good plan based on your needs.
I was always intimidated to join a gym and never thought I would have a personal trainer!! When I met Derek, I was surprised how caring he was. he understood that I did not have a lot of experience working out or using weighs or machines. Derek listened to my short and long term goals and tailored a program that would help me with my nutritional, resistance training and cardiovascular needs to meet these goals. With constant encouragement from Derek, following his nutritional plan and being accountable (making my training appointments with him), i started to see results within weeks. Within 4 months i lost 40 lbs and exceeded my short term goal. For my long term goal, Derek worked on my endurance and strength training. My LBM suddenly became my new focus. Derek is meticulous when it comes to using any of the machines or free weights. Derek watches over you like a hawk! He makes sure you get the most benefit from the machines by accurately calculating the amount of weight to push,, showing you the proper form to use to get the best results and most importantly, making sure you don't hurt yourself. I learned to listen to Derek, follow his instruction and be accountable. And as a result, i am in the best shape of my life! I am 51 years old and can say i've never felt better, physically and mentally. I thank Derek for getting me to this point and providing guidance and encouragement. Derek applies the knowledge and methods of exercise acquired from his degree and certification in Exercise Science. Being educated and certified to provide the ultimate personal training experience for his clients is what sets Derek apart from his peers. I highly recommend Derek Stone as a personal trainer BUT only if you seek results!
I've been training with Nick for the past two months as a personal training client. Nick is fantastic - knowledgeable, personable, energetic, and really emphasizes the importance of a personalized training program. Nick goes above and beyond to be available and flexible which makes appointment times easy which removes just one of the many hurdles of getting to the gym regularly. He really pays attention to your goals and doesn't force you into a one-size-fits-all training plan. I came to Nick specifically for guidance in returning to the gym after an injury. He is respectful of my constraints - knowing when to push and when to encourage me to rest and recover. I highly recommend Nick for personal training and group classes no matter what your condition. After It Training is a judgement free space and Nick makes sure everyone feels not only welcome but special. Can't beat that!

Dolores with Club FItspiration is a fantastic health coach. I have a hectic work schedule with lots of travel, so a regular workout routine was not happening. Dolores was able to create a fitness program that was flexible and very effective for me. She combined training me in person with Online training to keep me on track no matter what city I was in. She even helped me figure out how to eat healthy on the road. She is knowledgeable, responsive and so easy to work with. I highly recommend working with her.
I just got started with Dane. I have had several trainers before, and I like the in-home training, because of my time and business constraints. Saving that driving time to go to a gym is helpful to me. He has been excellent - more volume than I had before, more variation in the workouts, and he has an intense attention to my technique - not letting me do it wrong or cheat. He wants me doing it correctly to get the maximium benefit and the maximum safety. He has been very personable and attentive to my needs, and I am highly impressed. Plus I am already seeing benefits. I should also mention that he has emphasized and given me a lot of dietary input as well, and he has enlightened me on some mistakes I was making with my diet, so I am impressed that this is moving forward on a lot of different fronts. I would highly recommend him and I feel very fortunate and lucky to have found him. He is very passionate about training, and this definitely shows. You will not be disappointed.

Liz is absolutely the best trainer I have ever worked with. She really cares about her clients and their needs! Liz will work with you outside the gym as far as making sure you are eating correctly. First starting training with her many years ago where I was able to shed a lot of weight, because of my work schedule I wasn't able to attend her classes and loss touch with her. Recently we reconnected and she has me back on track. She pays attention and genuinely cares about you and your goals!

I had done crossfit training for a few years and had to stop due to financial issues. When I was ready to regain my trim strong body, I did a search for a new trainer. After meeting Patrick, I knew he was the trainer for me. We have worked together twice and I know I made the correct choice. He evaluates my performance with everything I do and modifies my exercises to suit where I am that day. That is what works best for me. He is very knowledgeable, professional and has the kind of positive attitude I love to be around and share with others. I am very happy with Patrick and look forward to training with him for a long time!
I never enjoyed working out until I started training with Courtney. What sets her apart is her ability to really listen to her clients and what they are looking for in a workout. She listens to you, what your goals are, and works with you to develop a challenging workout of exercises you enjoy doing while achieving your fitness goals. One aspect of personal training that I always experienced was getting bored with the workouts. However, Courtney does not shy away from trying new exercises and brings her own wealth of knowledge and new ideas about the latest trends or workouts. Courtney is tough and there is no doubt about that but if you're looking to walk away from your training session feeling like a warrior or glowing goddess, she is the trainer for you.

I just started training with Gabe and so far I am extremely impressed with the program he has put together to help me build the strength and endurance I will need as I continue to tackle more and more obstacle course races. I have never really had a tremendous amount of upper body strength and I appreciate the unique tools Gabe is utilizing to make me stronger. I also appreciate his checking in with me post workout to understand how I am feeling physically. This is my first investment in a personal trainer and I am fortunate to be working with Gabe.
