Autumn provided a private yoga class for my friends and I while on a girls trip in Scottsdale. Her style and instruction are impeccable. She was accommodating to our location, skill level, and music style (awesome play list), and provided all eqipment. All of my friends couldn't stop raving about the experience. We all walked away feeling relaxed and with tips to use in our yoga journey. We simply loved Autumn. You could not go wrong hiring Autumn!!!
Terri has so much knowledge of how the body moves and works, it seems like she can cure any problems. She knows energy yoga, Tai Chi, accupressure, breathing techniques to heal different difficulties, more techniques and abilities than can be mentioned in this small space. She's worked with several healing centers, as well as given individual sessions, and is most outstanding in her field, a truly special person. She most recently was working full time at the Tao Healing Center in Chandler, but went to part time in order to take care of more needy individuals in private sessions.Terri does an evaluation first to see what the greatest needs are before formulating a plan for each person. One cannot do better than use Terri's many skills. She has healed most of my arthritis already, and several other trouble spots as well.
Donna works extremely well with my pace. I have no yoga experience and I have back pain but she is very patient and clear. She is very calm and relaxed which is important for a yoga instructor. Although I have been doing yoga for only a month I already see good results. I am very happy to have Donna as a yoga instructor.
I love Natalia! She is a wonderful teacher with a perfect yoga voice. Her energy and commitment to each practice is very rare. I practiced yoga through all my pregnancy with her and I am still in after birth. You will not be disappointed and if you don't love yoga yet you will!!!
Eric is great! After practicing yoga with some regularity for a number of years, I recently "fell off the yoga wagon" and am pretty out of shape. Due my crazy work schedule and long hours, it's hard for me to make it to yoga classes on week days. I hired Eric for private lessons in my home. We've only had one class so far, but he is excellent. It was a great class. He has a very calm, soft spoken, demeanor. Already scheduled him to come back for another lesson!

I met Sara in a yoga class over six months ago. During that time, I was experiencing a severe eczema flare all over my arms, hands and face. I was also experiencing joint pain in various parts of my body due to having rheumatoid arthritis. I was extremely depressed and in much pain and discomfort as I worked to practice yoga. Nicole is amazing! I am glad she found yoga and I found her. Terrific one on one yoga classes with helpful corrections and suggestions. Her soothing voice works wonders in yoga nidra delivery as well! I wish I could say more on the nidra, but I lose consciousness very quickly. I get up feeling happy and healthy though.
I had gone elsewhere for a class and wasn’t impressed but wanted to give it another try when I found Shanti. .They were wonderful! Even though everyone else was more advanced than me, Sharon took the time to help me with every position and show me how to adjust the exercise to my ability. And I never felt uncomfortable or out of place. I absolutely would recommend Shanti Yoga to anyone.

A year ago I began the practice of hot yoga at my daughters encouragement. My daughter is a yoga instructor and said it would be good for me at this stage of my life. As a senior citizen, I was reluctant to start the practice of hot yoga. I agreed to take yoga classes at my daughters studio and that is where I met Shelly White another yoga teacher and friend of my daughter. I immediately fell in love with Shelly. Her big beautiful smile and her caring personality was what I found to be encouraging to me starting this program at my age. I soon joined a yoga studio near my home and was pleasantly surprized that Shelly taught one of my Friday afternoon classes. A bundle of nerves starting this new venture, Shelly sooned calmed me down and was very helpful to me as I learned the class and the poses. Shelly made me comfortable by being so helpful and patient with me that I never missed her Friday afternoon class after that. We have become great friends and Shelly is the greatest teacher who helped a senior start a new program of hot yoga.
Gail worked with my sister and I - both in our 60s and had never done yoga - she was wonderful and both love yoga now - if you are new to yoga - she is patient and soft spoken - you never feel uncomfortable - I would highly recommend her.

Natalie is THE yoga teacher....that one teacher you eventually find that makes you understand what yoga is for me. For me, it's not about "yoga butts" or $110 leggings or doing the most convoluted pretzel shape in class (though it will work your body and increase your flexibility like nobody's business!). Natalie does an amazing job gently emphasizing that time on your mat is deeply personal. She offers tons of variations so nobody feels left out. She cues perfectly, which makes class smoother and easier to follow. Because of Natalie, I can get something out of any yoga class I visit, whether she is there or not. Natalie changed my yoga and my yoga changed me.
