We hired John to do some drywall work in our kitchen after a remodel. He did a lights out job at a very reasonable price. We will likely use him again for other work in the future.
Martin did a great job installing the new toliet in my master bath. He made sure I was happy with the work before leaving. He was prompt and his rate was very competitive. I would recommend him to anyone.
David and his team are without question the best out there! I hired him to paint the interior of my home as well as refinish the cabinets in my kitchen and he and his team did a phenomenal job! They were not only professional, but also were very detailed in ensuring things were done right the first time. I had several quotes and David was by far the best price. If you are looking for a someone to help with any home remodeling or repairs you should look no further and hire Time4LSM. I highly recommend David and his team and will use them again and again for any jobs I need to have done to my home.
Interior paint job, full fireplace remodel, recess lights added, electrical outlets added, tile removal and brick added
Wow... great contractor! Ilie runs the company and does the majority of work himself with a few dedicated specialists (plumber, painter, etc.). He does the tile work himself. We hired him for a master bath remodel. On time, honest and on time. His prices were reasonable compared with some other quotes we received. But he's also a real old-world style craftsman dedicated to quality and pride in his work. We already are considering hiring him for another project. I was concerned initially because his regular website appeared offline, but it turns out he's so busy with referrals from Thumbtack and another site he doesn't even need to keep a separate site running since he can only do one job at a time. So glad we hired him!
EXCELLENT RESULTS!!! SOLID TEAM, CONSISTENT FOLLOW THROUGH!!!! THIS IS WHAT WORKING WITH A CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE!!! Josh Rudin and his team at ASAP RESTORATION completely restored our home after it was flooded. We are so happy we ended up hiring them. They knew how to work with our insurance company and were always delivering a great quality job on time. Jason was our Project Manager and I know we couldn't have gotten through all of this without his help as well. Everything from sheetrock to drywall and painting to door trims was well done. We got to know the staff well, and they were such nice people with good work ethic. ASAP also has great sub-contractors. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops. They recommended great quality products and have the right professionals for installation. I'm in the design business myself and had never been through an experience like this with flood damage. I can't say enough about the professionalism and follow through from ASAP. I would and will recommend them to my friends and family. Also important to note, if they have a point of view on something that would look better, listen to them, they know their business. We went back and forth on a few finish options and whenever I took their advice, I was happy with the end result! I may be a designer, but I believe you can always learn something new if you stay open! Here's the reality check. You as the customer have to do your homework too. Don't expect them to bring you lots of floor samples and counter top samples and cabinet samples. That is time consuming and not part of their job. But do feel free to ask them for advice on where to go to check out materials, they have great sources!! My opinion is, when you go through something like this, you have to take the time to understand what your insurance company is willing to pay for. Talk to your adjustor if you have questions. And once you know, for example, what your budget is for kitchen countertops, go check out material pricing at Lowe's. Then you can have a reasonable conversation with your contractor. If you don't do your own homework and just leave it in your contractor's hands, you will be fine - just don't complain if it isn't exactly what you imagined. Hiring a contractor is a 2 way relationship. If you don't do your part, you shouldn't complain unless something is actually installed wrong. We are very happy with all the work performed by ASAP!! SO GRATEFUL TO ASAP RESTORATION FOR MAKING OUR HOME BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!!
For my wife and I, choosing new countertops for our kitchen and bathrooms became daunting. Fernando was very professional and delivered a fast and accurate quote. He also brought different samples and even developed some CAD drawings of our desired countertops. We were completely satisfied with the work completed at our house. Our new countertops look very sophisticated and elegant. His crew was quick, efficient, and very respectful of our property and living spaces. Will recommend his work 10/10
Herbert and Karen helped me get through the last few days work on a house I have spent many months and years doing up. They did everything from replacing a cracked tile in my kitchen, to taking off a branch of a tree, to putting up plaster board, painting trim and venetian shutters , electrical work and advice on plumbing issues. I was delighted to find a team that could do all of this and who were also so nice to be around. You won't be disappointed, they are professional and detailed with their work as well.
Mike did an amazing job matching the textured stucco on my house and duplicating it on my fireplace surround. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. I found Mike very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and left the area spotlessly clean afterwards. His price was extremely reasonable for the outstanding quality of his work. Hire Mike...you'll be glad you did!
Jack from Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling was very professional, gave a good quote on my roof repair, got the work done quickly and the job was well done. I am looking forward to trying their remodeling services.
2013 Global Prevention Services in Phoenix, Arizona, had the instruction to restore our home which was partly damaged by water and mold. Parts of walls, floors, kitchen-and bath furniture plus various installations needed to be replaced. We, the owners, live overseas and had neither influence nor ways of control to overlook the forthcoming progress concerning the project, but GPS has proven to be reliable. GPS's estimates were more reasonable in comparison to other companies. All issues like; perfect timing, well trained friendly leading personnel and correct accounts are agenda. Global Prevention Services passed professional inspection and brought full satisfaction to us. Without doubts we can recommend this trustworthy company.
Dave has done many jobs for me personally and have referred him to may friends and business associates. Work is guaranteed and he will always do the right thing to ensure the job is 100% to your satisfaction. Some of the jobs he has done for me is electrical, roofing, plumbing, drywall & painting, flat screen hanging and kitchen remodel. With Dave it's one stop shopping! No need to have several contractors to complete a job because Dave does it all. I highly recommend Dave for any task you may have.
So I am redeveloping this mid-century home off 16th Street and Osborn and decided to open the kitchen and living room into one grand room tearing out a load-bearing wall and placing a rustic oversize glulam as a load support. This was a tricky and complicated job. Had lot's of guys come out to quote and kick the tires, but most were full of BS or going to sub-out the job or ridiculous on price because they didn't understand the job. After spending 15 minutes speaking his brother I knew I had the right crew. They were able to read the engineering sheets and even gave some valuable insights on how to pour the footing using a pretty cool technique that preserved the original floor. When they started the job there was no jerking around. Just A@#holes and elbows, 3 guys grinding out a tough day of work. All in all, they weren't cheap, but not expensive either. They worked great as a team and got a hard job done timely. I will use these guys again for rough framing, sub-framing & drywall and to some extent finishing work. They made my remodel go a whole lot smoother.
We hired Alex to demo/remodel our walk-in shower. His craftmanship is impeccable. Alex is talented, prompt and an experienced tile setter. His workmanship exceeded our expectations.
We added a master closet/dressing room and updated a full and half-bath plus updated the look throughout the house. Joi managed the project and trades. She designed the new space beautifully and decorated to our taste with fabulous materials and colors. We are going to do another project with her and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
He did a big remodel in my house, kitchen, bedrooms, great room. Everything was done professional and in time, I can recommend l.c.l construction to every one.
Moe did a phenomenal job on my long list of to do items for my home. Everything from fixing a dryer to fixing a leaky bath faucet to ripping out a pool fence he did. He kept me up to date with his arrival time, and I couldn’t ask for a better value. We will be calling Moe when it’s time for renovations!
Louis showed up exactly when scheduled, finished the plumbing job very quick, charged my less than he initially quoted. he finished a lot quicker than he estimated. I've used many different handymen at my rental homes and louse was one of the best overall. John
We have worked with Carson Rodgers on four projects. A complete master bath remodel, a complete kitchen remodel, a complete secondary bath remodel, and an exterior maintenance rebuild of the patio cover area. The two baths were each about 60 days, with the kitchen remodel taking 90+ days. We enjoyed working with Carson on these projects because of his communication skills of keeping us in the loop as to what was going on and when various phases were going to be completed. While remodeling will always produce some surprises, Carson was always on top of them and walked us through how they were going to be resolved. The quality of work both in the design phase and construction was outstanding. The most significant delay that we experienced with all three remodels was with the plumbing fixtures - whatever availability times we were given when the orders were placed could be tripled. We will use Carson Rodgers on any future projects and have recommended him to friends and neighbors.
I am exceedingly happy with my remodel and room addition done by CPR&R. The owner of the company, Chad Preece, does outstanding work and has a great attention to detail. I liked how he was very easy to get a hold of especially if I had any questions and would accompany me to pick out floor coverings, bathroom fixtures, lighting and paint. Chad also was very conscientious about saving money and keeping costs down. I felt very comfortable having him and his employees working in my house while i was home or while I was out of town. I would highly recommend CPR&R for remodeling and room addition work.
We have not yet officially chosen Arcadia Design as our General Contractor, as we are obtaining a second opinion as part of our own due diligence, but I can say that it has been a pleasure to work with Michael to date. He is very knowledgeable in his field and very professional. He has answered all of our questions and has made this process thus far, very easy. I have no doubt that if we chose him for our contracting needs, we will not be disappointed!
