Josh is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and listens to my needs. Working out is something that I enjoy, but I can get bored with repetitiveness. Josh's workout programming is great to keep things fresh, providing a variety of exercises, and keeps workouts challenging at the right intensity. Josh is very responsive to any specific needs, injury concerns, and adjusts accordingly. I also appreciate Josh's attention to detail to make sure you are doing exercises correctly, not only to avoid injury, but to make sure you get the most out of the workout. He is a good motivator, and challenges me to achieve personal bests. I've definitely made significant gains in strength and mobility since I've been training with Josh. Two thumbs up!

An injury in 2013 resulted in a loss of muscle function, strength, and balance; it also created chronic neuropathic pain. The physical therapy regimen focused on basic coordination skills but didn’t touch on regaining functional strength or alleviating the pain. When I began working with Josh, I had isolated muscle movement, limited strength, and fatigued rapidly. Josh was so encouraging. The programs he creates to accommodate my limitations has made a dramatic difference. The sessions go beyond cardio, endurance, and strength training to achieve fitness goals, Josh also focuses on improving my mobility, stability, and muscle function. He is skillful at modifying movements on the fly to accommodate discomfort I’m experiencing. Josh’s deep knowledge of health and fitness combined with his extensive experience and caring has made him invaluable to my recovery.

Josh is an extremely professional trainer who has been my trainer for over a year. He has the knowledge of all the muscles, tendons and ligaments to help you understand how the exercises fit you. He is able to identify by watching you move what areas need to have attention. Josh tailors your training sessions to fit your needs. He is patient and explains exercises and how they work for your body. He is truly amazing! I thoroughly enjoy my training sessions with Josh!

I have been working with Josh 2-3 times per week for over a year and he is always 100% professional, punctual and accountable. Work outs are customized to be and if I’m sensing any pain, he immediately switches to an alternate exercise to achieve the same goal. This has been such a positive experience all around that I have no hesitation recommending Josh to anybody.
