I started training with Nadine at the beginning of February, after not having worked out continually for a couple of years. I have continued to train with her and could not be more excited with my results. I started to see definition in my leg muscles in two weeks and it has only continued to progress. I can't wait to see how much better it can get. Nadine is really good at gauging what her clients are capable of and pushing them to be a better version of herself. She has not only helped me with fitness, but also with my diet. As a person, she has some of the best energy of anyone I've ever been around and makes working out less about work, and more about enjoying the body we live in. I feel very fortunate to have Gregory as my personal trainer! From the start I knew I would benefit from his vast knowledge and experience in the profession, and felt confident that he would provide the personal approach and guidance I required. As a 65-year old woman who had not been following a fitness regimen for some time, I didn’t really know where to start to work toward my goals in a consistent measurable way. Gregory assessed my overall condition, and then designed a solid and comprehensive -- yet easy to follow -- flexible program that is tailored to my needs. It is based on the most current researched methods and is manageable, interesting, and fun! I always look forward to our sessions! Additionally, he is patient and works with my limitations to make certain that the techniques are accurate so that I avoid any injuries. Between sessions he maintains regular contact via texts in order to encourage me, and to keep me motivated and on track. Even in a short time I can already see improvements and doubt I would have achieved these results without his assistance! I trained with Carolyn for over a month when I used to live in Tempe. She is great with the kind of exercise she makes you do, depending on your body type. She gave me some great tips on eating right. She does Yoga and I do Yoga a lot. I improved some of my Yoga poses while training with her. She is very passionate about fitness and gives her best while training you. I enjoyed training with her.

When he left the gym where I began working out with him to work out of a studio instead, I followed him because I couldn't imagine a better personal trainer. He will push you to your full potential while giving you the encouragement and confidence that you can achieve your goals (even when you may doubt it). Eddie is constantly modifying the routine to keep the workouts interesting. He also spends time helping with nutrition coming up with creative ways to modify the foods you love so it is not a sacrifice. He is as dedicated to your goals as you are. The best trainer in Scottsdale, period. Dolores is an extraordinary trainer and fitness coach. I highly recommend the STARTUP program. Not only do you get a feel for Dolores' expertise and capabilities, she provides a comprehensive assessment of your physical strength, cardio-fitness, and flexibility. The assessment also serves as a benchmark to measure your results from Day 1. I saw quick gains in my strength, stamina, flexibility and more importantly, I lost fat in my mid-section. Plus, she really knows her nutrition and she's so nice! Tough, but nice.

Gage writes my programs, e-mails them to me and trains me at my gym 1X week. He consults me continually on my goals and what I am looking to achieve. "If" I listen to him, I achieve those goals. Gage is very knowledgeable on fitness, diet, and overall health. He understands the body and how it moves and is good at explaining his reasoning behind the movements he chooses for my personalized program. He is extremely motivating and realistic with his words and makes working out fun! I look forward to every training session with Gage! I'd been stuck at about 125lbs for a few months & working out with another trainer in the gym. Although I was building muscle and my body was changing, I wasn't losing enough fat & the scale didn't budge. I'm only 5' so ideally I'd like to be at 100lbs but more importantly than the number is eliminating more body fat. When I started working with Patrick, he pushed me more in training sessions and pushed what I was doing on my own; incorporated accountability, weigh ins, food log, etc which is when things started moving faster. I'm down to 110lbs and have never been leaner or stronger - even when I weighed 100lbs. 4 months ago I couldn't get through a mile-never thought I could ever be a runner. I thought I would die after 10 minutes on the stairmaster even though I was in fair shape. Now, I can't wait to hit miles 4, 5 & 6 because I feel like I could run forever at that point.
