I have worked-out for years and felt very knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition, but after a long hiatus, I felt I just needed someone to be push me and provide motivation. But, what I received from David Van Hoorik far exceeded my expectations. David not only motivates you, but because of his expertise in exercise physiology and nutritional knowledge, he is able to spot deficiencies and quickly correct them. I am amazed at my progress under David's guidance.

Mark is by far the best personal trainer in southern Arizona. He makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to understand what your goals. Wendi was simply amazing! She took the time to understand my personal fitness goals while offering honest professional advise. Christine led me through a series of myofascial release movements with easy to understand instructions. I was able to stretch out muscles that I didn't even know existed. Now, at the end of my workouts, I use these exercises/stretches to prevent muscle pain the next day. A great experience! Couldn't have asked for a better personal trainer!

I was Josh's first client when he started personal training and he was my godsend. He helped me go from someone who thought she knew what she was doing as far as diet and exercise to go to someone who really did know what to do. He has so much knowledge to share and is genuinely there to help you become the best person you can be. He helped me loose over 150 pounds and go from just walking the treadmill for 30 minutes at a time to working out everyday and running on the treadmill, lifting weights, bench presses and all kinds of stuff. He got me into the best shape of my life. He not only works with you on the exercise he will help you answer any questions you may have diet-wise. I would go to any one else for personal training as long as he is available.
I was introduced to Jon Parsons through his wife Christa, being a customer to her business, selling healthy, organic energy bars. I decided to attend Parsons Training regularly to build knowledge on a functional style of training in hopes of becoming a personal trainer. Starting in May 2016 until present day, I have spent numerous hours shadowing Jon with his clients, as well as worked with him individually to improve my skills and well-being. I am chronically ill, overweight, and in my 50s--the last person you'd expect to go to a personal trainer. I found Maggie while looking for a personal trainer who helped people with osteoporosis and other medical problems. Maggie is wonderful. Working with her has made a huge difference in my quality of life. The new studio is pleasant, and it is lovely to be working with a trainer in a small gym setting without the noise and meat market feeling many big gyms have. I'd recommend Maggie to everyone, but I think she makes a special effort with those of us who don't feel comfortable in a traditional gym setting.
Adam Markstrom is an outstanding personal trainer. As a certified strength and conditioning specialist he is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in all facets of personal training. I have been training with Adam for six years he has help me to achieve a wide variety of fitness goals. I have lost a substantial amount of weight and become much more fit.
