I contacted Coleen about personal training . She was able to work with me at home and willing to travel. I would have continued with out original plan of action however, life happened. As soon as things slow down for me I plan to reach out to her again. I would recommend her just because of her availability and professional approach.

I am chronically ill, overweight, and in my 50s--the last person you'd expect to go to a personal trainer. I found Maggie while looking for a personal trainer who helped people with osteoporosis and other medical problems. Maggie is wonderful. Working with her has made a huge difference in my quality of life. The new studio is pleasant, and it is lovely to be working with a trainer in a small gym setting without the noise and meat market feeling many big gyms have. I'd recommend Maggie to everyone, but I think she makes a special effort with those of us who don't feel comfortable in a traditional gym setting.
Adam Markstrom is an outstanding personal trainer. As a certified strength and conditioning specialist he is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in all facets of personal training. I don't like alot of "jumping" and "bouncing" and "killer workouts." I am good for those want to work out outside (when the heat dies down some) AND for those who are interested in walking and running for their cardio and possibly some running drills...it will be FUN!
